Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not worth to pay for it. It has very nice view but no services. We paid 800€ per night but there wasn't enough shampoo, hand wash and 500€ for 3 night service fee. The washing machine is too old and dirty which we preferred wash our clothes with hand. There wasn't swimming pool inside of villa as they put in pictures at that time. Now I see they change it. You pay for 5 star but it's not, it's 2 star.

This is not a real hotel. There is no pool as was indicated and even pictured online. There are no staff on site. One needs 4 different keys to get into the gate, main building, stairway, and room. Staff took 45 minutes to arrive when we were locked out of our room when the stairway door happened to be locked. And they never apologized or anything for not giving us this 4th key. Not at all close to the center of Amalfi, one has to take the local bus, which is packed to the gills and has little room for luggage. When we tried to get a ride from staff, who speak very poor english, they were indirect and evasive on WhatsApp about giving us a ride to town. I would recommend this place for those who are renting a car. The views are fabulous and the room was very clean with beautiful new tiling.

With hosts that can not do enough for you, and a view that is amazing day or night, in a region of the world steeped in history and beauty, you could not do better. The house is wonderful, and the facilities are exceptional. The music of the roads, scooters blowing their horns, buses tooting thanks for giving way, all lend a rustic charm which only Italy Amalfi Coast can can provide. A definite return to this little paradise is required.

Very nice room with beautiful sea views and they even gave us breakfast at the little cafe down the road . Just be careful of taxis at night as they charge obscene amounts to get back here ! Always use the bus but unfortunately stops around 10 pm. Great villa
