This hotel is NOT a 4 star, at most and being generous a 2 star! Do not stay there, it's a total ripoff! Noise 24/7 from furniture being dragged across floors, no soundproofing whatsoever with people in the corridor shouting, laughing, running and walking at...More
Booked this hotel via a travel agent and the decision to book here was made based on limited availability and the images uploaded on the hotels website.
Everything appears to be renovated however, this was not the case. The hotel lobby was very dull and...More
This is not a 4 star hotel. The only positive comments I have is that the location is convenient to the train station, the breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. The hotel is run down and in much need of remodeling. Elevators...More

I can't help you with the train station as I didn't use it. I can tell you though that there are two stations for the ferries. The one is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel and it is where the boats for Amalfi and Positano dock. The other is literally at the other side of the town, even further than the historical center. It is not a distance that I would feel comfortable walking if I had a boat to catch; though I did it as a walk one evening. From there you take the ferry for Capri. I think though that the taxi fare is around 5 euro for that distance; if that helps.
