We had a lovely holiday in Hotel Bristol. The public rooms, bar and pool were lovely, with a touch of vintage/heritage about the decor. Our room was beautifully simple and had a stunning view of the Bay of Naples, just like the dining room two floors above. We enjoyed all our meals and the waiting staff, with all their years of experience, were superb: Luca, Vicenze, Giuseppe and Carmine (for the wine). Menus were very varied and we never tired of them, even though we are there every evening. Pool area lovely too. We have already booked to return next year.

Faultless in every way! The Bristol Hotel has a cool laid back vibe in a stunning location, we had an amazing time here and are planning a return visit next year. Everything about this hotel was perfect, the views from our room, the restaurant and the bar were fantastic as was the food and the pool amenities, the staff were courteous and professional. Well done to all.

We cannot recommend this Hotel and its location enough. We had a stay there this year and it was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and courteous. The food was great, we were on half board basis and enjoyed relaxing dinners and the odd lunch. The room was spacious and comfortable and its location is a short walk to the town itself with great amenities. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly service and helpful staff. The setting is teriffic just a short walk to the town centre and a fabulous view from the hotel window. We enjoyed the spa and pool area. Highly recommended.

A very good hotel where we really enjoyed our stay last May. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well located and walking distance from the town centre. Food excellent. The views from our room was spectacular.

It was the best experience. The staffs were so kind and efficient. I stayed with my husband on our honeymoon. Everything it was amazing. Started from the breakfast, so many options. I would recommend staying at Bristol Hotel in Sorrento.

The hotel was Fabulous. We had a room with a Seaview and Balcony that had fantastic views over the bay. The Staff very friendly and always happy to help in any way. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The Scenery from the Pool bar area was Beautiful. Hotel Bristol is in a Fantastic location and only about 10 minutes walk to the Centre. We will be Back.

Our first visit to Sorrento and the reviews looked good so we booked 11 days. We asked for a quiet room and were put in a tired annexe in a room immediately abov the very busy main coast road. Although the view from the little balcony was good, we couldn't enjoy it because of the constant traffic noise. I don't know how they considered it to be a "quiet room". With the help of the Tui rep, we moved after a few days to a much nicer room on the upper floor above the restaurant. This also had the benefit of being near the bar and pool, so we weren't regularly waiting for the lift. We had booked half board but regretted it almost immediately; the breakfasts were ok but nothing more and the dinners were mosly dreadful. Overcooked meat and fish with vegetables and potato dishes that didn't go with it. We gave up eventually and ate in town. Negative points: Apart from the above, you have to pay for pool towels; you have to pay for replenshment of instant coffee sachets; you have to pay for water in your room. (This may be normal in Italy?) Plus point: Nice pool, convenient for the town and the old harbour beach. All in all, the service and food was a reminder of early 70's three star seaside hotels. We loved Sorrento though. …

We understand the room you were allocated to on your arrival, did not meet your expectations and we remind you that your reservation was for a room with sea view only; we thought you would have appreciated the upgrade to a room with sea-view and balcony, even if this was on the lower floor. We also read you did not appreciate the quality of the food we offered. On the contrary, to the majority of our guest, prize the service and dishes we provide and It is a shame you did not report your dissatisfaction to the head waiter during your visit, as he could have offered you alternatives. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Restaurant staff were lively and attentive the entire week. Great location with stunning views of Sorrento Marina and fabulous large rooms with spacious walk in closet and large shower room. Will definitely come back.
