The rooms are lovely, simple with great views. The hotel is well off the main drag where thousands of tourists stroll every day so its nice and quiet. The pool is great for lengths but too cold for the kids to hang out in.

I emailed them directly and heard back within a few days.
But at first I contacted them on their website and filled out the "contact us" box. I didn't hear from them at all. I found a direct email and then heard back.
