Naples is so spread out it is hard to find a central location - but this was pretty good. If you don't mind walking this spot is good - 15-20mins from the train station, 5 from the pier, 10 from good restaurants etc. Note there are not really any restaurants near by and so you are choosing it for the... Little did the staff know ,my visit was too see Pompeii and propose to my wife of 20 years. The staff were amazing,i don't know where else I could enquire at 915am about... More

We picked this hotel because of the reviews, mostly favourable, and the much quoted 'great location'. We arrived in the dark, our taxi driver had some problem finding it. We were left in a filthy dark alley with no idea where to go. Eventually we saw a small plaque on the wall and a locked door. Fortunately someone came out... More

- Check-in procedure was painful because we didn't know where to go and the area wasn't necessarily the safest at night - Our room looked like a cheap apartment trying to glamourise itself as high class. Weird colour choices and lamp selections. - In essence, this felt like a very large apartment unit in a building but with many rooms;... More

Excellent location for trips to the islands as it's a short walk from molo Beverello. This B&B occupies a couple of floors of an apartment block and shares the street entrance with the other apartments. We booked a quadruple room and were upgraded to an apartment (number 8) with open plan kitchen, dining and living space, and bedroom with 2... More

Stayed in the "Spa Suite" with jacuzzi and sauna for two nights. B&B located very near to the port of Naples. Once off the ferry from Ischia, we basically walked there and that took us no more than 5minutes. Don't be fooled by the looks of the building on the outside, all rooms are fresh, bright and with a modern... More

I spent 4 day there and I highly recommend it. Stylish, comfortable, clean and in a perfect position. Customer service excellent, everybody was also very proactive. I have a small baby so it was very appreciated their help. Top of surprise: tv in front of the Jacuzzi 😊😊😊

We pre-booked and pre-paid a room for 3. Due to some unforeseen circumstance (we were robbed in Naples), we had to leave early. We requested partial refund (1 of the 3 nights), but was denied. This never happened in America. I guess Italy does not care about customer service as we do in America.

We booked this small apartment as a family of 2 adults and a teenager the week before travelling and it was a nice change to staying in big city hotels. “This hotel is built into an apartment building and the entrance may be hard to find. When you walk down Melisurgo, look for a business called Tecnema. Face that building and then turn around and you will see a green door to the left of a casino entrance. That is the door to enter. Take the elevator to the 3rd or 4th floor and you will find the entrance to the reception area. My room faced the street but I wasn't bothered by any noise. The windows seem to be well sound proofed.”
