If you want a small, friendly hotel in the best part of town, overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius then this is the place for you. Much better than the swanky 5 * hotels nearby with their over inflated prices. Whilst only one of the bedroooms is on the front of the hotel, the 5 cosy well equipped side...

Ended up staying at Parteno when our plane was cancelled due to the volcanic ash cloud malarkey. Gorgeous little B&B in one of the nicer areas of Naples, right on the sea front (though only one of the bedrooms actually has a sea view). Friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English and were extremely accomodating to the plight of...

This small hotel is in a great location on the Bay and within walking distance of great shops, restaurants and cultural sights. The host, Alex, was so attentive and helpful. He is first class! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

You will not find a better placed B&B in Naples, nor a friendlier one. The best hotels in Napoli are along the Lungomare, right across from the harbor, offering breathtaking views of Vesuvius and the blue sea and green islands. Alas, these hotels are wildly expensive. But no problem! The Parteno is hidden away on this very same street, a...

We chose this B&B for the great location, right on the sea, even thoug expecting problems in communication, as the guide where we found it is very clear about the lack of knowledge of English language spoken by members of the staff. But upon our arrival...what a nice surprise! The hotel manager, Ms Cynthia, welcomed us in a way that...

I came to Italy this summer and staied here on a recomendation of friends. Was it a good choice!!! This is a prime location, right across from the water and within walking distance to everything. All the staff spoke english which is lucky because few people do in Naples. They were very helpful in planning activities and finding good shopping...

I stayed here for a few nights, 4 years ago. The location is good, but there wasn't enough staff. The main guy who can speak English & Italian was gone at night and the guy that was there at night was Chinese I think, and he couldn't speak Italian or English. My husband and I really needed some help one...

I stayed in the Parteno for four nights in late September 2004. Many reviews of this hotel note that the rooms are vastly different. Being forewarned, we reserved the Azelea room for the entire stay. The Azelea room is the only room at the front of the hotel, overlooking the Bay of Naples. The view is absolutely breathtaking. With two...

We stayed one night in Naples and it was here at the Parteno Bed & Breakfast. The rooms were so cute and the price was great and best of all we were on the main road overlooking Naples bay, just incredible. We did run into some trouble with our rent a car. We had to park our car down the...

We stayed at Parteno for five nights in August 2004. For the first three of these, we were in Azalea, the only room at the front of the building, with a truly breathtaking view of the Bay of Naples. It was a large, bright room, tastefully furnished, and our time there will count as one of the highlights of our...
