We knew this would be a different experience and weren't disappointed. Antonio was a great help because his English was very good and he has a pleasant demeanor. The room was alright; pretty quiet, good bed, Wi-Fi and breakfast. Good price, too, and you can't beat the location!

The staff were incredibly helpful and this spot is right in the heart of things. The hotel is set in an old building on the 3rd floor. It looks a bit iffy from the outside but once you are in, you know you are in old Europe. The room we had was huge. I arrived very early in the morning...

We had a short stay in Naples and found this hotel fantastic. Our room was a good size with a large bathroom and good shower. The room was really clean. The neighbourhood was good and easily assessable from the central station by the metro for €1. The breakfast was fresh and more than enough including a nice coffee. The staff...

My time in this hotel was very pleasant. The people in it were very welcoming, polite and willing to help when they could, speaking both english and spanish (My first language) which was great for me because my italian is very limited (Entirely my fault, really, try to learn the basics of the language of the country you're visiting!). They...

Nestled away in one of the buildings around Piazza del Gesu, this was a lovely little hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Naples and a short walk from most top spots, including Dante station from where you could get connections. The rooms were basic but well appointed, the breakfast was decent and plenty, the wifi was free...

The hotel is absolutely adorable. We arrived late at night, and were very confused about the way to enter the building. The door is small and you have to bend a little bit, but on the other side - like in a fairy tale. Beautiful courtyard, romantic, hidden away from busy life out in the street. Staff is very friendly...

Absolute little gem hidden away just off the plaza. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We arrived at midnight and once we where in the beds where not set up as a twin bed arrangement, but it was no problems. It was sorted and got some wine on the house for our troubles! Breakfast was included and was all fresh...

We weren't sure the taxi had left us in the right place when we first arrived as the hotel is hidden away in a courtyard behind an ancient huge door covered in graffiti. When we had to put 10c in the lift to get the third floor we really wondered what we had let ourselves in for but the hotel...

Great service. Personnel extremely friendly and helpful. Great location surrounded by historical buildings. Just in front of the Piazza Gesu Nuovo. Walking distance to most attractions. Spacious room and bathroom, but the room was supposed to be a non-smoking one, but it smelled like if they had a party and everyone was smoking. Breakfast was very good, too many sweet...

Fantastic location on one of the main squares of Naples - Piazza Gesu - a bustling living area of Naples. The hotel is in a beautiful old-fashioned building off a courtyard. Lovely view of the Piazza from my window. As it is in such a lively area of Naples it is noisy at night but I didn't mind that as...
