Internet does not work, toilet didn't flush. Not the best area and couldn't sleep due to the noise outside. Room was clean, but the extra spare pillow was disgusting. Nice breakfast with good service! Wouldn't want to repeat the experience and glad I only had to stay there for one night.

We stayed here for three nights and used this as a base to visit Naples and nearby attractions like Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station Napoli Centrale, and very convenient. The place is huge and very clean with lots of rooms. We stayed in a double room which was very...

we were supposed to stay at another hotel, however it seems like they overbooked so they sent us to this place which must get the overflow. seems to be the only way they'd get any business I imagine. after arriving with our backpacks, an elderly man behind the desk starts complaining that we'll probably give the hotel bed bugs purely...

The room was clean, the bed was terribly hard. The room stank. The smell that came from the bathroom made me want to retch. The smell went away if you ran water in the drains every couple of hours. The Internet was cut off during the night. And it was hot as hell. When I complained at the desk, I...

We've been there and we regret a lot. When we arrive in the room, there was half empty bottles on the table, some old food under the table (bread rolled in paper) the soap was already open and the towel was used. I think it's enough to disgust you... but there's also some "air ball" from previous renters... Worst of...

I got the feeling that the hotel is trying to do better, so would give them credit for that. It is located close to the central train station in Naples, and as in most cities, this isn't the quietest or most pleasant location. The hotel entrance is dark and dingy, but the elevator is new. Our bedroom was clean and...

My wife went to S. Giovanni Rotondo for a pilgrimage to Padre Pio. Coming back she had to spend a night in Naples and she stayed at the Eden Hotel. The position of the hotel is convenient for the bus stop to the airport and that is the only positive thing. The Eden is dark and the old paint need...

Friendly staff, the breakfast is just on the average, internet connection is just rubbish and wouldn't just come up. Hotel is very close to Garribaldi station from where you can take Metro or Trains to every where in Napoli or to the rest of Italy but the environment outside is scary, dirty and more like a slump. The corridor and...

Stayed here on the way south to Sicily because we were travelling on a regional train line that terminated at Napoli and had to switch trains. The hotel was clean and within short walking distance from the station, the staff were friendly and the breakfast is ok. There was not a lot to do in the area but we got...
