We enjoyed a great time at the Chiaja Hotel in Naples! Extremely friendly and helpful staff trying to make you feel at home. Especially at breakfast, looked after in such a perfect and lovely way. The Hotel is a little gem right in the middle of the Chiaia shopping district, only to be recommended highly!

The room itself was pretty average, reminiscent of the mid-20th century. The location is terrific --- great shopping and the harbor are nearby. You can't beat the convenience either for terrific dining options as well.

This lovely hotel is situated on the first floor of a historic building in a colourful and atmospheric part of Naples. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Although tiny the shower cubical was functional with a good strong flow of water. The strength of water flow can be alarming when neighbouring guests flush, it's a bit loud. We...

Although it has been two years since I visited this Hotel, we found the Hotels unique traditional features very pleasant, giving a luxurious appearance. The staff were very helpful. There were always a few small speciality cakes for you to try on your return each afternoon for you to take back to your room, as a little treat. Although it...

Fantastic location and a fantastic hotel. Family run with very friendly efficient staff. Delicious bread, pastries and coffee for breakfast. Very good value. The bedroom was a little small, but it had a very comfortable bed.

The rooms of the hotel are spacious. The breakfast served is simple but convenient. We were especially helped by the hotel as one of its staff members provided childcare for a day when I was attending a conference!

Would never recommend this establishment as there has got to be better places to stay in Naples, can't believe we actually paid to stay here and our travel agent even recommended it....silver fish in the bed, water leaked from both shower & vanity plumbing all over tiles floor (very dangerous), wall trims rotting & holes in said timber. Redeeming feature...

This hotel is on the first floor of a VERY old building, but the stairs are easy and there is a lift for luggage. The entrance is through an archway into a courtyard, the doors to the archway are closed at night but reception is manned 24 hours so it is just a case of ringing the bell and a...

We stayed at the hotel Chiaja for one week. The hotel has a unique Italian charm, which sets it apart from the big chain hotels in Naples. It is located in the shopping area and at a 15 minute walk from the bay of Naples. Public transport (metro stop 'Municipio') is relatively close, but we took a taxi from the...

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel which is on the second floor of a traditional older building accessible through a courtyard. The large doors to the courtyard were closed during non business hours and there were no hotel signs so we needed to find with building number. It is on a pedestrian street and despite having a front facing...
