A wonderful overnight stay, I had a walk in check in and they were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I would stay here again and recommend them to others as well.
We stayed for 5 nights in April 2022 (2 adults, 2 kids). We wanted a clean, well reviewed hotel to use as a base for exploring. Cristina ticked the boxes for us. We would recommend the hotel to others in a similar situation.
My son and I stayed for one night just after arriving in Naples. The hotel is to the west of the city centre, close to a train station that takes 18 minutes to get into town. Naples is a famously dirty city - so if you don't like that then don't come here - but the hotel is nice and there is a lovely Japanese restaurant right next door. I chose it particularly for the free and secure parking, which is not easy to find in Naples. Breakfast came in a box outside the door - bigger than expected, including free pastries. The hotel has a small bar in the foyer.
Modern and clean hotel with everything you need. Rooms are very quiet, with comfortable bed. Close to the metro station (5 minutes) and football stadium Diego Armando Maradona (20 minutes). Great check in app.
Modern, Clean and fresh. Handy access to the stadium and within a 2 minute walk if the nearest metro. Easy self check in service allowed for a late arrival. Breakfast brought to your room was an added bonus. Difficult to find any fault with our short stay here
I have to say that ultimately we were comfortable enough in our small (though top of the range) room. Some things were very frustrating. The air conditioning was 'controlled centrally' and therefore couldn't be controlled by us. This was okay as we were in mid season but were it very hot or colder would have been a nightmare. We were often cold as it was. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent; adjusted by us and then suddenly very very hot or cold. Frustrating . We had ticked for the 'free breakfast's booking com but breakfast it turns out was delivered in a box outside the door and consisted mainly of pastries and an apple (see photo below) exactly the same very day, We got a couple of tea bags and couple sachets nescafe as our 'free tea and coffee'. The 'American bar' advertised was in the lobby, no real seating.. not warm. Strange. One sachet each of shampoo, no conditioner or body lotion. Everything pared to the absolute minimum. The area is a very poor area some distance from the centre of Naples (see photos) . I think someone else mentioned the ancient train line is extremely slow. The area seems to consist mainly of tabacchis and betting ships. Very run down, and not in a romantic way.…
The breakfast is amazing! It's tablet services but so good! all food is good and home made, Brioche fantastic you can't imagine cheese cake how beautiful is 😋 we wish we will be back,as soon as possible
I stayed at this hotel as it is close to the stadio San Paolo, which was the main reason for visiting Napoli on Italy trip. It was just a 5 minute walk to the stadium, which was perfect. When I look around, I can say that the hotel is modern and clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. It is just a 2 minute walk from Cavellegeri Aosta metro station on Line 2, which links directly to Napoli Central station in one direction (it takes about 30 mins) as well as Pozzuoli in the other direction (10 minutes), The area around the hotel is great. Especially the Pizza restaurant in the opposite of the road. The Manager is excellent, his name is Mr. Taranto, very great knowledge. He provided a lot of insights about Italy hotel and hospitality knowledge. Best regards, Dr. Vorravee Pattaravongvisut…
I stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend on a city break to Naples. The hotel is close to the airport and looks very impressive compared to the neighboring buildings. The check-in was smooth and simple and we were given a map of the area and advised of some nice tourist spots to visit. It couldn't be closer to the train station which is excellent and there is a supermarket between the hotel and the train station which was great for picking up snacks and wine. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean, not as modern as the rest of the building but nothing wrong with it at all. The only downside about the rooms were that I personally found the bed to be a bit hard for my liking. Housekeeping came in daily and left everything very clean, I was impressed that they noticed that only one side of the bed had the extra blanket on it so they made it like that for us after the first day, that attention to detail is fantastic. The breakfast selection was very nice and the staff were attentive at keeping things topped up. As for a city break to Naples, i felt it was certainly in at the deep end in terms of being our first trip to Italy! A fabulous city with so much character and chaos! The food was phenomenal, i'm just very glad i did lots of research ahead of going as i would have struggled to find particular streets and restaurants we wanted to visit. The only downside to Naples as a whole, was the amount of litter in the streets. I suppose where i live in England we aren't used to seeing so much plastic and detritus laying on the pavements and roads. That being said i would certainly recommend a trip regardless and recommend Herculaneum as a fantastic day out.…
We booked this hotel online as it seemed close to the stadio San Paolo, which was the main reason for visiting Napoli on our 5 day trip. It was just a 5 minute walk to the stadium, which was perfect. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. Although the room benefits from a min bar, safe and storage area, my only disappointment was that there were no coffee making facilities in the room. However, this was a small point. It is just a 2 minute walk from Cavellegeri Aosta metro station on Line 2, which links directly to Napoli Central station in one direction (it takes about 30 mins) as well as Pozzuoli in the other direction (10 minutes), which is handy if you are visiting Ischia or Procida. The area around the hotel is not particularly nice, however, I always felt safe and most people we met were friendly.…
