Firstly, the area of Naples is a good choice and the Hotel itself is very elegant, especially the gardens where you can have breakfast. Our room was much smaller than in the pictures and didn't have a garden view so you need to ask first. However, the service levels are very bad for a 4-star hotel. You can only pay...

We were really excited to return to Napoli. My parents are from there and this was there first time back in 10 years. First impressions was horrible. Lovely simple hotel, full of character in a relatively quiet area (considering Naples is such a noisy city!). Staff very pleasant and helpful.
