Detailed Reviews
The staff were exceptional and could not help you more.
The room was perfect for the weekend & the beds were really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily & were clean upon arrival although I liked the “green environmental touches” that you gas the voice to have up towels changed or not.
Breakfast was delicious and varied from scrambled eggs, bacon & cheese to really nice sweets (sfogliatella, torta caprese and pastiere napoletane). We had dinner one night and it was perfect for what we wanted.
The leisure centre was closed unfortunately at this time due to COVID.

I stayed for 5 nights in room 512 in December 2022, double room booked directly with the hotel, ensuring the best price. The room was big and clean. It faced the Port and the Via Nuova Marina below, but window insulation and height (5th floor) prevented any sound disturbances. Bathroom was big enough and clean, so was the shower cubicle. Nice fluffy towels were provided every day. There was enough storage space in the room for one person. Breakfast was good although you’d better arrive early to get your preferred seat. On the plus side the fine AC unit, running smoothly, and the minibar. On the downside I should say the TV is on the smaller side, with few interesting channels, and the small, slow elevators.
Location of the hotel is fairly good and the run-down area around the hotel should not put you off, as pretty much all of Naples is like that. It takes no more than 5 min walk to the nearby Duomo metro station. The tram station on Via Nuova Marina is very close, and so is the bus stop for the Alibus trip to the airport, just across the street into the Port area. A very useful Conad supermarket is also just 2 min away.

Fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very kind staff.
Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre
Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre
The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5

I was a bit stunned by the rave reviews of this place. First of all, it is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at - the doors slam hard and everything in the building is tiles and marbles - it’s reverb city. Secondly the smell of the cleaning agents is way too strong and the beds are rock hard and the pillows are like a bag of cotton balls. And tiny bathroom where the bidet takes up half of it and the faucets are half broken… oy vey. On the upside the staff was kind and breakfast was free, and it is easy to catch the bus that goes across Naples as well as the location’s convenience to the Alibus (airport shuttle) if either of those ever actually choose to show up (Naples public transit has a lot of issues with punctuality). If there’s a deal on this hotel and you’re looking to stay somewhere kinda decent and convenient transit-wise I might say go for it, but I would stay here again.

The hotel is well situated for the old town, but views are limited. Our room had a view of a brick wall 3 or 4m away.
In general, the hotel seems to be in quite good order and the staff are helpful and polite. Everything works. WiFi was strong, if a bit slow. Breakfasts are good. Check in and out was seamless and reception staff were efficient and helpful getting us taxis.
The room itself was OK, if a bit of a strange shape, and the air-conditioning was excellent.
The bathroom wasn’t so good. In my opinion, it was the subject of some bad planning. The door wouldn’t open fully (the toilet was behind it) and the shower cubicle was laughably small and the shower head was too low for me. The cubicle leaked, too.
The ‘amenities’ were poor. Tiny squares of fragile soap and paper packets of shampoo and bodywash. No tissues. The toilet paper (brown) wasn’t very nice; I guess it might be ‘green’ in ecological terms?
Overall, the hotel was fine for our needs, but compared to others we’ve stayed in, it wasn’t 4*.

I totally recommend this hotel. The facilities are great, the rooms very modern, spacius, and clean, and the staff is highly professional, nice, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant is also great with an excellent service. This hotel is located very close to the ferry to go to Capri, and is also at walking distance of main attractions in the city. We had an excellent stay here and we hope to stay here again when visiting Napoli in the future.

Perfect for our stay really.
We booked this for a short city break for a family of two adults and one 14 year old daughter. Arrival was by a private pickup the hotel arranged from us that met us at the airport for a reasonable cost. More than a regular taxi but not much more and a dead friendly driver. Arrived to find the glitzy looking hotel on a more run down street, but a street with a lot of life and soul (See my final paragraph).
We had booked a triple room for a reasonable price and expected the usual double bed plus a fold out single for daughter. Really nice surprise was to find a roomy space with the fold out bed being a double. Even better was the private sun terrace with loungers. Beds were very comfortable and the mini bar was very reasonable in price.
Bathroom was spacious with jacuzzi tub. Taps are confusing as heck, but we worked it out. Had slight issue with colour of water on one day as they had some plumbing work done. They were very apologetic and sent us complimentary, warm and incredibly tasty cakes to our room as a nice gesture.
Breakfast a bit simple but good enough when you realise just how many calories you will take on when walking around Naples!
Staff were great and friendly throughout, from the desk to the room cleaner.
All very enjoyable and would not hesitate staying again.
Finally... beware of quite a bit of misinformation in reviews of this place. No, the location is not in the most glamorous part of town, but there's the thing - Naples is unashamedly gritty because it's a real WORKING town with soul. Unless you are going to the grand old hotels far west of the city, most of Naples is like this. It's REAL. Never once did we fine the local area 'dangerous' in the slightest. Never once did we think the location was 'too far away' - it's ten mins to the old town on foot and in very easy reach of Ports for Sorrento / Capri and the station for going to Pompeii. Pretty damn good location actually! Supermarket just around the corner too. I swear the people who say there is a problem with locations like this have either never travelled or prefer their towns to be sanitised to the point of having no character at all!

+1
I spent here only 1 night to catch an early ferry to Capri the following morning. It is very close to the harbor (which is huge). The room was perfect, spacious and clean. Very modern, with a desk designed as a working space. We got there late, so we had dinner at the hotel´s restaurant and it was ok. The breakfast was abundant but the quality could be better in terms of beverages (orange juice and coffee were not so good). Although it is located close to a busy avenue, we didn´t hear the outside noise. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

A 3 star rating is titled average and that is my summary of our 2 night stay here. The reception staff were not rude but also not very welcoming. The room was clean, the TV has an English speaking news channel. The shower works well. The location is ok it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to everything but if you are looking for some food or drink late at night there is no where much closer than that. The breakfast was probably the most redeeming feature thanks to the lovely Napoleon sweet pastries but even one or two of these were dry. The fruit juice and fruit salad was tasteless. I did not pick up any redeeming features that shout 4 star. That said nothing was unpleasant either and the bar is good value for a pre-dinner drink

The room was clean and comfortable, if somewhat spartan. The location is convenient; close enough to the centro storico and the port to take a boat to Capri/Ischia, etc. It is a good value for a four star city hotel. I would stay here again.
They arranged an airport pickup at a very reasonable price - I had been quoted a higher price by a different service. The receptionists were helpful.

Currently staying here and kettles are only in the Junior Suites. I emailed the hotel prior to my arrival and requested a kettle for the room which they kindly obliged. I did have to go back down to the reception and ask for cups and a spoon. I bought my own teabags with me.
You can go by train from the main Napoli station but be careful in there as there are loads of pick pockets. It is really great and you can buy your tour ticket at Pompeii railway station there is also a lovely place to eat there. Enjoy just take care 😊
I glaube nicht.
No shuttle. Taxis are the best way.
