The position was lovely and the apartment was basically nice but all the details were poor - lack of bedding, lots of stuff broken and the company was disorganised and unhelpful. We had a good time but felt we had been a bit ripped off as it wasn't cheap.

This is a terribly unfriendly and unprofessional company. I made an obvious error with dates for a booking and they wouldn't refund me. Consequently the only way I could prevent myself from losing £359 was to rebook for another date using that payment towards the new booking. The choice was limited and I spent 450€ for 3 nights on an...

The hotel charged us twice for the stay. Once immediately after our stay and the second time 2 months later (!!!) After trying many times, I have contacted the manager on the phone ONE MONTH AGO and he promised he would do something but he did ZERO, other than asking me information he should have already (like the reservation number)....

My friend and I stayed there last June, for four nights . First we were surprised to found ourselves in front of a very old building with no reception..we called the number which we were given, but the person who answered gave us another number to call, eventually we ended up calling five persons. After waiting for more than half...

Owner charged us before we arrived back in march, which is not the policy on hotels.com He has kept our credit card details on file and charged us again in August and sent an email saying it was an accidental charge and he would be issuing a refund, the 4 emails we have sent asking when the refund would occur...

This is not a hotel, it is a converted floor of a residential block of units. When you arrive at 11pm it's all a bit scarey when you are greeted by two stange men in the middle of the street, when you are expecting to see a hotel recception! After being sheepishly lead upstairs, we were shown our room, which...

In short - they overbooked so had no accommodation for us. They then did everything they could including repeatedly lying to us to avoid giving a refund. I wish I had seen the review below before we booked as we obviously not been the only ones. Our first impressions weren't good. We had reserved in November, and they had charged...

We booked this hotel through Hotels.com, where it clearly stated that this was a "book now, pay later" hotel. Hotels.com requires a credit card to hold the nightly rate advertised at the time of booking. It is supposed to be a $5 hold charge, however the full amount of over 500 Euro was charged to our credit card. We contacted...

Great stay for 3 nights. Don't let external appearance and stairway fool you. Modern decorated interior, clean, quiet, and above all fantastic location - 10 min walk maximum to all the biggest sights. Highly recommended
