Detailed Reviews
Located minutes away from Termini train station so very handy when arriving from the airport with lots of luggage. We never felt unsafe when walking to or from the hotel. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Owners were kind and welcoming and the room was lovely. Lots of places to eat on the nearby streets and a Conad supermarket in the train station. Breakfast is served in the room at your requested time - warm croissant, juice and a hot drink. The owner very kindly left ours in the room the night before when we said we would be up early the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice living room and bed room, comfort bed, quiet, nice bathroom with clean towel and hot shower, breakfast and room cleaning service every morning, on time, plus a very nice and friendly owner who will provide any assistance for you at their best, What else do you still ask for after a long hour of travel?
Edyta B&B is a hotel near to Termini Station (just about 5-10 minute walking distance), you can almost get to every station of Rome in Termini Station; to the Colosseo, to the Vatican City, and fifteen minute to airport by express train. Many restaurants near by, not only Italian restaurant but including of Indian and Chinese restaurant are located here ,I found a very nice Pizza Kebab here.
The only complain to make is the hot shower, while you are showering the hot water just turn into cold water, on and off.

Edyta's B&B is a great place to stay, the room is clean, well decorated, has privacy, great bed, flat screen TV, wifi and a dedicated bathroom only for you. The house is in front of Termini Station, two minutes walking from the train to Fiumicino and Ciampino Airport. Underground\Tube at only 50 meters and buses at every time in the night. Great classic italian breakfast is the best good morning every day!! Ugo and his wife Edyta are an educated and intelligent family of a cheerful inclination. Ugo is full of zest and energy, he is always doing things. They have a great knowledge of Rome and its cultural affairs and can be a great host to any visitor. Edyta&Ugo, your place is the best!

This economic B&B is located next door to the main train station (Termini). As such it is in a part of town that is a bit sketchy and not as touristy. When we arrived at the building we were greeted by a receptionist who showed us up to our small room. The room was a bit run-down, cracks on the ceiling and walls, a hard bed that had small stains on it and a bathroom that smelled like a sewer. Breakfast was a joke as it only consisted of two pieces of toasted bread, a croissant and milk. If you are back-packing your way through Italy and are used to hostel type rooms then this place might be for you. If not I am thankful that we only spent one night in this rat hole.

Edyta is the most amazing B&B ever, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in Rome. The rooms are spacious, light, clean and the beds are comfortable. The hospitality by the husband and wife team was incredible. Very kind, very charming, and very accommodating. The location is perfect. Next to Termini train station, so basically get off the train/bus from the airport and you're at your B&B. Plus, Termini station is the best place for going anywhere in the city. For all this, the price is amazing. I'm definitely going back there!!
Thank you ***VERY MUCH*** for being so terrific.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Rome!
The owner Edyta and her husband are remarkable people, who can really host you like a best friend! She searved the breakfast at what time we wanted/was suitable for us with drinks we were able to choose the day before! She was also very helpful and full of advices (for example where to eat nice and how to move around Rome wothout spending a fortune).
The room (and bathroom) was perfectly clean!
Me and my husband spent there only two nights (travelling to our another destination) but there was no problem to adjust the room for extra two guests for the second night!

Ugo and Edyta are wonderful people and hosts. They are so friendly, humble, and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Everywhere was very clean. Each day, all rooms and the kitchen were cleaning. Bed sheets, pillow covers and towels were changing, each day. We felt that we were at our home with our friends and knew each other for years. The only point that air condition was not cooling the room enough. So you need to ask Edyta to switch on the A/C while you are out for exploring Rome. As a result, We strongly offer anyone to stay in Hotel Edyta.
Our best wishes to Ugo and Edyta,
Turkish couple from 22-26 June 2012

We stayed here in late September 2011 and we really enjoyed our stay at B&B Edyta! The best thing about the B&B was that it is right next to Termini train station (which also has a metro stop). So, coming in from the airport or a train is super easy. It's easy to walk to many other attractions too, so we were glad for it proximity in that respect as well. The rooms with en suite bathrooms were very clean and very spacious (high ceilings too!). Edyta and her husband (Ugo?) were very sweet and very friendly. The breakfast was toast with jam, coffee (cappucino) or tea with a pastry. We stayed here at the beginning and at end of our trip and in each of the two rooms there was a tv with cable. This place is very affordable and very well worth the value. You'll enjoy your stay here and we know we'll be back!!

Very close to the station and metro but also within walking distance of many sites, The accommodation provided great value for money and the hosts could not be more helpful. Proximity to the station meant that it was noisy at night.
