From the minute we went through the massive green door we could feel the history of the place. It was once the home of Guiseppe Garibaldi. We climbed the stairs to the first floor - the lift looked ancient and was only big enough for 2 people max. We got a lovely welcome at reception. Our rooms were quirky but...

Much has been written about the pros/cons of the Pantheon Inn. On the plus side it is central to everything. You are one minute from the Pantheon and lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and within walking distance to everything else Rome has to offer. The staff are wonderful - so helpful and pleasant. They even helped me out when...

Pros - Hotel staff was very helpful. Good breakfast included in the price. Great location - The Basilica di Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, which is a couple hundred feet from the hotel entrance, has a Michelangelo sculpture. The Pantheon is also just a few hundred feet away. Cons - Our party of 12 booked three rooms and none of them...

If you want to stay in a hotel full of history and charm with the BEST breakfast in Italy and the most friendly staff you have to stay at this wonderful little hotel. Built in the 14th century you truely feel like a Roman staying here and not a tourist. I will defiantly be coming back to visit.

So much character in this place, from the giant doors upon entrance right up to the decor all throughout. It is a lot less of a polished, hotel experience and a lot more like a homely, b&b experience. Which isn't a bad thing at all. Staff we encountered were amazing, friendly, helpful, charming. The bedroom we had was small, and...

We stayed here with our family of 4. It is difficult to find a place for a family that is central - so this is the perfect spot to be close to everything. We arrived from a long haul flight so we had arranged with the hotel to collect us. A bit more expensive however it was a tricky place...

This hotel is in a great location! It is in walking distance to just about everything that you want to see. The hotel is very clean and the rooms that we had (we had the family room and a double room) were actually very roomy. The bathrooms were large, even by American standards. The breakfast was very nice, the same...

There is a lot written here about The Pantheon Inn and it is probably all true. Yes, it is in need of work but it's a very difficult thing to do in such an historic building. I had a very large room for Rome and a reasonable bathroom as well. The staff are very helpful if indeed you see them...

5 bedded rooms are hard to find unless you want a suite or a hostel. The 5 bed room at the Pantheon was clean and well appointed. Shower a little small but i am not complaining it was adequate and double bed was a little lumpy (although I travel in the USA alot and I think I have spoilt regarding...

I wanted a room with 5 beds hard to find in Rome or Europe, and close to the Pantheon so I thought I found it in booking.com and lit ooked quite nice. When we arrived it was the oddest building, probably historical but very difficult to go up with luggage. Our room was next to the reception and to our...
