This place is really great : close to a subway station and to the Vatican, with lovely hosts. They were always very helpful. We got a huge room and a good bed. A small kitchen is available to take breakfast.

My friend and I were doing a eurotrip and Rome was the first city in which we decided to stay at a B&B rather than a hotel. The setup here is that we were renting a room in an apartment owned by a couple Pierpaolo & Julia. They were lovely and really helpful. We had our own key and could...

Stayed here 4 nights. Had a great time. The location is very good, between Vatican City and Piazza del Popolo. I always walked when i needed to go somewhere, but you have a metro station around the corner (Lepanto). The hostel was good, quiet and clean. The owner (Pierpaolo) lives upstairs and will be able to help you giv you...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
