Absolutely beautiful hotel with excellent staff! Located about a 20 - 25 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain it is ideal if you don’t mind a bit of walking to explore the sites; we didn’t. .Our room was beautifully appointed with a well equipped contemporary bathroom; the linens and towels were spotlessly clean and our rooms was cleaned and serviced each day by the housekeeping team. Although there isn’t a hotel bar as such, there is a gorgeous communal garden area where staff are happy to bring you drinks and snacks. There is also a lovely peaceful reading room where you can have coffee and drinks too. The breakfast is generous with a good continental selection, as well as some cooked items. I have read previous reviews about noise and sleep interruption - we did not experience this. The windows are new and the shutters blocked out light and any outside noise. The hotel is small enough to give it an intimate and luxurious feel. As we stayed during the pandemic, we were even more particular about hygiene and, again, the hotel excelled. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff wore masks when in proximity to you. Hand sanitising stations were available and face masks were available at reception if needed. Overall, the staff were superb and this combined with the beautifully appointed accommodation means we are already planning to return next year.

From the moment we entered, the staff were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and check in was quick, efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel suited us well being within walking distance of Termini Station and very easy for transport across the city. The Hop On Hop Off bus was 10 minutes' walk away and we used it fully one day. Across the road from the hotel is Ristorante Julie, a gem of a local eatery. Food is delicious and oh so well priced. The pizza was probably the best I've eaten and the pasta was great too. Now to the hotel. We booked a room on Level 2 with an outside Terrace that was worth every penny. It was great for sitting out and a great size with a sun lounger, table and 4 lounge chairs. The room itself was well proportioned with a super bathroom with rain shower. The addition of shampoo and my wife said Body Lotion would have made it top class. The safe was a great size and easily took my laptop whilst the fridge was well stocked with every item only costing 2 Euros. The wifi was the fastest I have ever had in a hotel and the use of a mobile phone to take out with you which included free calls was a great touch. The bed was large and comfortable in fact, it is difficult to criticise the room. Breakfast which we had included was freshly made and included freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and a range of yogurts and cereals. You could also choose a main course which was varied and generous. If returning to Rome, we wouldn't hesitate to book the Liberty Boutique Hotel, it was a gem in Rome and whereas it wasn't the cheapest at £230 a night, it was good value for money for the experience we had.

It was an amazing time staying at The Liberty Boutique Hotel. Hospitality, Cleanliness, the fine taste of small Details and very Professional Service was amazingly unexpected, and because of the circumstances (Covid-19), they assured us to feel safe and comfortable. The Location of the hotel is perfect if you're planning to walk around Rome, the Center Station (Termini) is just 10 mins walk. And around the Hotel, there's a lot of good Restaurants to recommend. And travelling by Car is not a huge problem at all, the Hotelstaff will provide you a safe parking place just behind the Hotel (25 Euro/d.)
Rome is an amazing Place and the Hotel too. We could enjoy our 3 Nights without any hassle. Surely we will come again.

Thank you Everyone!

Best Regards
Dhenibe

Hotel appears to be relatively new or newly refurbished and is work in progress in some areas.

Room is finished to a high standard, is well appointed and very clean/fresh.

Lovely garden area although the rooftop bar is still very much work in progress as not finished/open. Staff are available to provide drinks and all drinks in mini bar in rooms are exceptional value at €2

Breakfast was excellent served by very friendly staff.

On ground floor hotel needs to address what we believed to be a service access door at side of building as kept being slammed shut at all times of day.

The immediate vicinity of the hotel is not the best and certainly isn’t very inviting. Close to main Termini station although a fair distance from all tourist attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located by the University, Termini Train Station, and a hospital. When you head up the stairs inside you are transported into their modern, clean, and spacious hotel. They have a convenient elevator once you are inside to bring your baggage to your room. The rooms are enormous by Rome standards. HUGE high ceilings and big comfortable beds. They had already made up the extra beds for our children, which was very classy and appreciated. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of pillows. There is a mini bar for purchase with a large variety of drinks and snacks. Their air conditioning worked very well. The TV was large and had a variety of channels. The bathroom was large enough to accommodate a very large walk in shower with both a rain sprayer and a body sprayer, a sink, toilet and bidet. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was located in the basement, but once you go down there, you would have no idea you are in the basement. The breakfast staff must be local university students, as they speak multiple languages and were very friendly. They have clean seating, and a breakfast bar with a selection of juices, cereals, breads, BUT they also have a menu where you can order homemade cornetti (good quality), macedonia (fresh fruit salad), and a variety of other dishes. There were many different tourists down there eating everything from hot dogs to freshly made muffins. There are many different bars and restaurants on the same street, and a pay laundry facility there as well (we did not use but saw others using it). The area was safe. We would return again if we were in the area.

We are just back from a few days in Rome and this hotel was exceptional. The family room was huge and spotless, new windows and shutters and no road noise so we slept soundly. Lovely breakfast with super friendly staff and great English. A perfect location to use the Hop on Hop off bus as stop no 1 is 5min walk from hotel. Highly recommended

The hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect as it was close to the subway station, line B, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk in, even at night when we came back from a long day of sight seeing. The hotel allowed us to drop off our bags as soon as we got in, in the morning. The host was very kind and explained the two lines of the subway to us in detail, which really helped us navigate the city smoothly. We were greeted with a smile from each of the workers there whenever we came across someone and this made us feel welcomed. Our bags were already in our room when we came back that evening, which was nice. At bed time, there was no noise that could be heard either coming from outside or inside the hotel. This was a bonus as this was not always the case. We stayed on the same floor as when you enter the lobby.

The rooms and bathroom were huge and very clean. Its definitely a luxury hotel and not like some of the small rooms we stayed in in other parts of Italy as we traveled from Venice all the way down to Sorrento. They had robes and slippers to put on, which my daughter loved. There was a lot of light in the room and I loved the high ceilings as it made the room feel bigger. Temperature in the room was perfect and they had a drying rack for your clothes, which we took advantage of. The hotel staff was super nice and answered all of our questions. They have prepared a box breakfast for us to take as we had to leave early the next morning in order to catch the train to Pompeii. It had fresh fruit, an apple and a pear, pastries and crossants, yogurt, juice, jams and nutella with crackers. The train station was within walking distance from the hotel and again, we felt safe. I am a female in my early 40s and was traveling with my teenage daughter. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was one of my top hotels while traveling through Italy.

This hotel is 1 block down and 1 block over from Metro or 10 minute walk to main station. You will be greeted by some of the nicest people you will meet on your vacation. Very accommodating and outgoing to their guests needs. Each room has a smartphone with tour apps, maps and the ability to chat with the front desk anytime. We did use it for directions and pull up info on some of the sights. Restaurants are plentiful in this area. The Bramble was our favorite. Across the street is a laundromat as well as a country laundry 1/2 block down. Breach had a great selection. You are greeted by a friendly woman who will take your room number and your drink order of coffee, another will take egg, pancake or waffle order on top of the buffet. Again this place is absolutely perfect.

I stayed in this hotel at the end of October with my Wife and Daughter,we had two rooms, both rooms had dual aspect windows and a small balcony .The hotel is a traditional building with many original features, but has been fully refurbed inside and the rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a garden to the rear of the property where you can have drinks,at the moment the only meals they offer are breakfast but I belive they are planning to open a restaurant soon .
The hotel is in the centre of Rome but in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the main station/metro but we prefer to use taxis and most attractions are a 7-15 Euro fare.
The staff at this hotel are FANTASTIC very friendly and helpfull ,happy to advise or make bookings for you, nothing is too much trouble.
A good tip is to contact the hotel and ask them to arrange your transfers to and from the airport. Our driver met us at the Arrivals smartly dressed friendly and professional, led us to our car, spotlessly clean inside and out very comfortable and spacious(Mercedes E class). He pointed out points of interest on the way and told us amusing stories about Rome (The return transfer was a different driver but exactly the same quality).
I very stongly recommend this hotel.

We just needed one night in Rome and somewhere close to the Roma Termini. We were looking for 1/ comfortable room for two adults and two teens 2/ four star 3/ reasonably priced 4/ modern design and amenities. The Liberty ✅✅✅✅ all the boxes and were also very impressed by the staff and service. We checked in late and the front desk was so warm and welcoming. They were so kind when we left the kids to pick up dinner, taking the light activated keycard with us, leaving the kids in the dark. LOL. The kids said when they went to the front desk, they helped them immediately and knew what to do without explanation. Guess it happens often. Our room came with breakfast. Half expecting a limp and stale croissant, and tasteless boiled ham, we were blown away by what we got. First, we were welcomed by two friendly staff members. One was working the espresso machine, God bless him, and the other showed us to the table. He then presented us with a menu and took our drink orders. The breakfast options were a combination of “Italian breakfast,” which was a plethora of magical confections. The other options were combinations of egg, sausage and other proteins. They all came with freshly squeezed juice, fruit salad and a huge plate of food that also included bread and salad. As we didn’t anticipate such a feast, we happily munched on various Italian biscuits, yoghurt, whole fresh fruit and other juices they offered. There was also cereal and bread/jam options. The rooms are very well appointed. Love the clean lines, the black out shutters and for being in the heart of town, it was very quiet. The bathroom features a warming towel rack (Praise the lord for this invention) and nice toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the room also included free tea, coffee, water and mini bar items cost €2. There were also complimentary bedroom slippers and a free mobile phone for use during the stay. Roma Termini is less than 8 mins walk (with bags) away. Flat road and easy to get there. We had the family room that featured two twin beds and one King. Would highly recommend this place and stay here again if the occasion presented itself.
