In recent years this is the only place we stay in Rome because we love the location, the clean and simple rooms, the value, and the people. Raul is always smiling and helpful as your host, and Mario is greeting you each morning with a cappuccino. It is so much more personal than in a larger hotel and we love...

First of all, the staff is very very kind and available. On my arrival day there would be nobody on the building's reception and Raul contacted me to know my arrival time so he could be there. Besides that, it is located on a very calm spot, which is rather difficult at Rome!! Nonetheless all touristic attractions are within walking...

Raul was very interested and friendly, also Mario too. We're satisfied regarding their service and hospitality. This was not a hotel, it's like a home. It's so close to Vatican. You can go everywhere by foot. Breakfast was not amazing but it's enough.

We loved our stay in this bed and breakfast. Clean, spacious (love the high ceilings) and well appointed bathroom. Let us leave our luggage since we arrived early and our room wasn't ready. Small and personal. Great to be at the heart of the sites we wanted to see, and walked to everything. Safe and the breakfast was nice. Owner...

When we first traveled to Rome we tried some traditional hotels, but now that we have found this B&B we never stay anywhere else. The location is excellent, in the vicinity of the Castle San Angelo and the Vatican, or an easy walk to Piazza Novona. The building has the feel of a residence, so we can pretend we just...

Stayed here for 6 nights with family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 12). Stayed in triple room and it worked fine. Room was clean, shower had good pressure. Breakfast is very simple (cheese, ham or sweet rolls/pies, coffee, milk). My daughters (and husband) loved the old elevator. The building did have character. Wifi worked very well. Had a...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
