Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a long weekend in Rome, staying at Villa Pinciana. The hotel is easy to find and onsite parking is a good size and secure. Check in was quick and we were in our room by 10AM.
Ours was a standard double but it was spacious, clean and quiet. There were enough power sockets and the wifi was good enough for streaming.
Breakfast was a good mix of cereal, pastries, cakes, yoghurt, meats and fruit with the option of scrambled or boiled eggs. Service through was friendly and professional.
The hotel location was great - 5 mins walk to Borghese Park, 15 minutes to Spanish Steps and maybe 30 to St Peter's or the Colosseum. Good value and a great base for the city.

This was our third or fourth time at this hotel. As usual, very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and ready to help.

The location is also very good as you can easily go to the park for a run or to the central areas for sightseeing.

Would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, great location. Well appointed room, 2 lifts from the lobby.
Firm bed suited me although my wife found it slightly too firm
Not sure about the effectiveness of the AC though but as we visited during the Autumn it did not bother us
Decent size safe that takes laptops in room
We had a triple room with extra be for our 12 Year old - he didn’t feel it was quite a full size bed
Kettle in room but worth bringing your own tea bags, coffee
There is a coop around the corner if you need it
Breakfast was great also and better than the usual continental breakfast for a hotel of this size
Staff were friendly and helpful
In summary a great city break hotel

I loved this small hotel. Great location near the Villa Borghese Gardens but still walkable to the normal tourist sites such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Very clean, great service, helpful English speaking staff. Had a small but beautiful balcony. The area felt safe for a solo woman to walk home from restaurants after dark. High recommend the Villa Pinciana!

This hotel was booked for the car park but we was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were excellent. We booked a twin room but was given a double instead. When enquired about this we were moved to a twin room the next day. The breakfast can be taken outside and was welcomed due to the hot weather. The hotel is within walking distance for everything. Spanish steps were only a 20 min walk away.

Very beautiful boutique hotel far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions to be calm and quiet but close enough to walk too. The rooms are elegant and quiet, ask for 2nd or 3rd floor. Breakfast is plentiful and staff are friendly and attentive. If your driving there is plenty of parking available. There are a number of excellent restaurants within 2 mins of the hotel. The hotel also has access to a private Turkish bath and spa although you need to book as its popular. This is a quiet haven from a days walking the streets of Rome so staying here will be very restful.

We felt like we were home the moment we arrived! Simone welcomed the six of us and made sure we were settled in right away. The rooms were comfortable, roomy and well appointed. Beds were firm but comfy (especially after walking all day in the heat!) The breakfast was awesome 👏 Nadia made the best cappuccino’s! The options for breakfast were perfect, eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal and of course fresh pastries! We enjoyed the patio and roof top deck every day! Great neighborhood with wonderful nearby restaurants! We would stay here again 💯 %.

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Marble and exquisite wood work; nicely furnished and a very nice size compared to most rooms in Europe. Excellent breakfast, lovely grounds and walking distance to a wide choice of restaurants. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy, the lobby noise echoed due to the marble everywhere and the insulation between the rooms was inadequate. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep, and we were on the 3rd floor.

We were so sorry we had to cut our trip short. The hotel is in a great location and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space with a good bathroom and the communal areas and terrace were lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent. We hope to return in happier times and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a superb base for seeing the sites of Rome.
