We are here now with our two kids, 6 and 8, staying for 5 nights, leaving tomorrow. The location is superb, 3 min walk from Trevi fountain and 5 minutes walk from Piazza Espagna. The apartment is a very good size for Rome, modern and clean. Service is excellent, very accommodating. There is a little supermarket next door and you... More

We loved staying at the Residenza Al Saraceno. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The charming lift reminded us of one we had in San Francisco. The neighborhood was very quiet with a grocery store conveniently across the street. We had a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and other sights, shopping and restaurants. The... More

The apartment complex is located two minutes walking from the Trevi fountain and five minutes from the Coliseum. The apartment we stayed in was on the first floor... Mainly due to the fact that I read one of the reviews here that indicated the elevator did not work... "Don't beleive everything you read" please! The "apartment" was adequate... The one... More

Friendly, helpful staff. In the same building: Cafe Angelina for coffee, breakfast, snacks or a glass of wine ... We have been here for the third time now and will... More

Went with friends to Rome (our first time abroad) - hotel was in a perfect location...convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our room(s) were adjoining with a shared living/dining/kitchenette. It is a very small hotel - probably less than 25 rooms...very small 'lift', but it worked and beat walking stairs! It was very clean & well maintained. The receptionists were very... More

The Rooms in Al Saraceno have all the expected amenities, the beds are comfortable, soaps are included and they provide you with bottled water. The real strength of this hotel is its location it is just round the corner from the Trevii fountain and just over 5mins walk from the Rome Metro. This of course means that it is quite... More

This hotel is in a good location and the staff are helpful. This is where the positives end. The bed was so uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep. The complex is extremely noisy. The fridge sounds like an aeroplane taking off and needed to be unplugged therefore we couldn't use it. The bathroom is pokey and awkward. Wouldnt recommend if... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in April. The apartment was for 4 adults which was a fair size. We had 1 bedroom, a living room with a fold out bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. As for a centrally located apartment you cannot get any better than this. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are a stone throw... More

After many visits to Rome we decided to stay in these apartments as took mum, dad and Aunty, 85, 76, 75... And thought they'd benefit from space and all being together. Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
