This is our second stay at My Guest Roma. Last time with two grandchildren and this time with our two daughters. This time around was at least as enjoyable as the previous one. The friendliness and helpfulness of Stefano and the staff did not change....More
We came to Rome for few days inc. Shabbat , Stefano helped a lot before the trip with answers to all our questions.
When we arrived he set everything nice and neat (we had the big apt. with 2 rooms)

The vibe is amazing: staying at Stefano's B&B in the heart of Rome really gives you the feeling of being in a home away from home. The owner took great care of us - he was polite, considerate, incredibly helpful and knowledgible about the city....More
for the past few years, me and my partner have been coming to Rome every year for an extended weekend get-away. We stayed in many places, both central and touristy and off the beaten path. This is certainly the best one we ever stayed. The...More
This is the cleanest and nicest B&B that we stayed at during our recent Italian trip. The host, Stefano, is incredibly helpful and is treating his guests as his family. The place is very well connected to the city's main attraction and is great value...More

No concern: My Guest Roma is very well connected with Termini rail station. You may catch the 90 Express bus (direction: TO LARGO LABIA) and get off after 4 stops (NOMENTANA/XXI APRILE stop). Turn right on Viale XXI Aprile (=21st April str.)and walk along the boulevard for about 100 meters: you will find My Guest Roma in the 4° building (number #12) on your right hand side.
Please know, from Termini Station additional bus lines (such as 310 bus or N13 nocturnal) and metro (B and B1) are available. However they do not drop you off as close.
As for bus tickets they are pretty cheap; buy them prior to get on the bus: drivers don’t sell them and only new buses have tickets machine (in case, at present, € 1,50/person in coins are needed). Even so tickets are available at tobacco store/newspapers kiosk in town or inside metro and train stations.
Hoping I will have the pleasure meet you in person and to have you over, I wish you a great day ahead.
Stefano - My Guest Roma
Yes, there are stairs to the room we had, but maybe there are others with a lift. I didn't inqure about that.
You can get to the central bus station by bus from Via Nomentana. Stefano is very helpful with these things.
