From its original role as ancient army training fields
to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most

Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with

We loved our stay here! Recommended to us by a friend, it was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, clean, very friendly host (thanks Erick!), and the location cannot be beaten. The roof terrace is magical! Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome

Not great, be warned! I stayed in the small room but I still thought it was going to be a normal bed. It was a short, small camper bed with a 2-3 inch mattress. I couldn't get any sleep. I had to find somewhere else and they still made me pay. They were very persistent (with a sm

Dear Dane, thank you for taking time to share your opinion on our house. We are sorry that your stay in our house failed to fulfill your expectations. As evidenced by the other reviews and the description on our website, the single room is very small and certainly not recommended for stays longer than three days. However, we must point out that the size of the bed is a standard size for single bed, and certainly not a camp bed. Of course, we understand that the problem is serious when we have some very tall guests. For this reason, already from the first day we asked if the room was okay for you. If we had known about your discomfort, we would have done differently and immediately. About wifi, we had a problem with the Internet connection for a day: we left at your disposal our personal hot spot, we believed that you had solved the problem. There really sorry for the inconvenience. However, we are happy to know that this problem did not compromise the rest of your vacation in the Eternal City. With best regards Erick and Marco

Domus Valeria was a fabulous base for our sightseeing stay in Rome. Centrally located for all the sights, and surprisingly peaceful considering all the nearby hustle and bustle. Our double room was comfy and stylish - a refreshing change from typically sterile B&B accommodation.

Are the bathrooms shared or private?
We do have one full bathroom and one half bathroom shared with the two doubles and the single room.

do you have a room for 2 people 11/7 - 11-11 with a private bath and if so what would be the price Ira
Hi, Please can you let me know if your B&B is toddler friendly? 16months old.
Personally I wouldn't stay here with a baby. There are lots of ornaments in the hallway (choking hazard) and the apartment is quite small. There is also no bath here - just a shower. I wouldn't want to impose a (possibly noisy) child on other guests either.

Saluti

"Stay away form the single room !!!!"
"Others may be staying in the B&B at the same time as you, so if you want the place for your whole family, consider booking the entire apartment. "
"I think all rooms are on the inner courtyard. Ours was nice and quiet."
"Single room is plenty comfortable enough for a solo traveler."
"There are only 3 rooms to choose from - 2 doubles and a single. The single quite small, so go for the double even if traveling alone. The room I was in had a charming desk in a niche next to a window. I enjoyed sitting there reading and writing."
