Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A must stay when in Rome. 15 minutes walk from Villa Borghese, private roof pool and mostly amazing staff. Finally a place in Italy where you can find an international culture, the staff is amazing, Daniel took care of everything and made us feel home. Lovely fresh breakfast and welcome drinks! Thank you for the amazing experience guys!

Wonderfully friendly and informative staff in a cool hotel with a laid back vibe. The perfect respite from the chaotic city centre. Lovely breakfast on the decking and a super Spritz around the pool with nibbles. The pool Is small but such a welcome relief from the July heat. My daughter was unwell so they made a honey drink for her cough. The staff make this place and we can’t thank them enough for every smile, helping hand and advice. We will be back. X

The staff here are super nice, extremely professional and very helpful. The place however needs a little touch up. The pool and grounds need a little work as do some of the little things like broken air conditioner. It’s a lovely big house which has cute rooms and a pretty outdoor space. Just needs a little polishing and touch ups

The Palm Gallery was very welcoming and had a refreshing funky vibe. Great breakfast, decent location, a small but awesome pool, etc. The staff (Zeren (I think), Daniel and another man) were terrific- helpful, friendly, warm, etc. We were met with drinks, snacks, maps and a thorough and helpful orientation after arriving at 10:30 pm. They repeatedly helped us with cabs, which was important since our visit managed to encompass a metro, taxi and airport strike. We even met the owner, who was very nice. Quality to cost was reasonable, particularly for drinks, snacks and even laundry service. This was our first trip to Italy and it may be standard but we wish the air conditioners were more powerful- it was particularly hot but there was a noticeable difference btw the 3 rooms.

This hotel was fine but not great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The ac was cold which was great in July in Rome. The hotel itself was a bit odd, the decor weird and no real kitchen for food or drink. The staff was pleasant but scarce. The location was quiet and the landscaping beautiful but the pool was tiny and I am not certain how clean it was. They do have rules that you must shower before entering and wear a swim cap. The location was FAR away from everything. We had to take a bus or taxi to get just about anywhere. If I had to do it again, I would stay closer to the sights but we sure did get our steps in!

The customer service was incredible from start to finish. Daniel offered us a drink when we arrived. Daniel, Temi and all the staff made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was very good and we could select every day a different express omlette, they offer mediterrenean recipes .. very tasty. The pool and the terrace to relax , ..have a drink were something you don't expect in a small boutique hotel. For dinner we enjoyed the local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel... perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm Gallery Hotel in Rome. Upon arrival we were greeted with a comprehensive overview of the attractions around Rome and the transportation options. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The pool and terrace provided a lovely place to relax during the hot afternoon. The breakfast was delicious with a lot to choose from. The entire staff at the Palm Gallery was friendly and helpful and we appreciated the relaxed vibe at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and come back again.

Firstly the positives. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had one of the rooms with a terrace which we thought would be worth an additional outlay as we were staying for a week. However we were disappointed that several lights in the room were not working and the room had the feeling of being a bit neglected. Breakfast was also a slightly strange affair. There appeared to be a lack of preparation and it was served a bit reluctantly and the staff appeared to lack confidence. We noticed that not many other guests were having breakfast and after a few days we also went elsewhere. The whole experience was not what the website and older reviews had led us to believe. It was slightly frustrating because you could tell that this could be, and perhaps once was, a wonderful hotel. Having said all that, we loved the location which was perfect for getting in and out of Rome by bus and getting respite from the business and noise in the evenings.

We stayed at the Palm Gallery hotel in August and were so well treated there! The hotel is beautiful and lays in a quiet area, only 15min from the city centre. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool to cool down and excellent, service by 3 very gentlemen: Daniël, Mouri and Tim. They were such good hosts, giving us great tips and always at our service in a superfriendly way! The next time we go back to Rome, we will definitely book at the Palm Gallery again! It's some quick meters from the city centrum and that's some of the best with this place. The staff is good, the breakfast is good, rooms are good and the quite neighborhood makes this a place you want to get back to after a day in the city centrum.
