Having been to Rome before I knew that on our most recent trip I wanted to stay near Piazza Navona. It's a great location for touring Rome. Casa di Sara is not fancy or like a U.S. chain hotel so it's upsetting to see reviews stating that. You are staying in a tower in Rome!! Adjust your expectations! The bathroom... More

We had an apartment with two rooms and a small kitchen and bathroom which was ideal for four of us. The owner or manager was very pleasant and helpful and really went out of the way for us. It's a character building so comes with all of the pluses and minuses that that implies. We were really pleased to have... More

Just returned from 2.5 week trip through Italy. Casa di Sara was by a very large difference the worst place we stayed during our trip. The most amazing thing was that it was also the second most expensive. It is not that it is so terrible, the rooms do smell and when we arrived nobody was there, I would say... More

Was there this summer and had a great time. The B&B was beautifully situted (right near the Navona Square), clean and confortable. The owner and receptionist were very helpful in explaining the traditions of the romans and how to get where in no time. If I return to Rome, I will definately stay here again. Thank you for the positive... More

We had the family apartment to accommodate 3 adults, particularly do that we could use kitchen facilities when we wanted. Wrong! There was a coffee cup. Maybe 3 drinking glasses, 2 butter knives, 3 forks. There was a 2 burner stove too- but no sacred to cook with. A microwave , yes. But no bowls... Breakfast was a stake pastry... More

We booked the family apartment which has plenty of space, a huge double bed in one room and bunks in the other. There is a hall / dining area, a tiny kitchen (microwave and hot plate and fridge) and a small shower room. It was great for our needs as the location is outstanding. You can walk to everything you... More

Just came back from my trip to Italy and I'm eager to post a review. But before I do it, let me start by telling you that the absolute only reason why I booked Casa di Sara was for the wonderful reviews I read on tripadvisor. Now I wonder WHO writes here! This place is like 1/2 start hotel and... More

Spent 5 days in Rome and while there we stayed at the Casa Di Sara B&B. A simply great location for a B&B and the Tower provided a very spacious room. Looking out the window hearing and experiencing the days and nights of Rome was great. The B&B is roughly 50 steps from the Piazza Novona. FANTASTIC Location and a... More
