Although my room and private bath at AnnoDomini were nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean the cigarette smoke pervading the bed & breakfast was overpowering and noxious. I requested a non-smoking room and the problem arose because the owner, Max, had just recently moved into the B&B and he is a very heavy smoker. The B&B is small, a four-room apartment... More

We enjoyed the B&B so much that we stayed here twice! This hotel is quite the hidden gem. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, the balconies are spacious and comfortable. There is a lot of traffic, but that is to be expected in Rome and doesn't detract from the B&B or the location whatsoever. The B&B has a private... More

Close to bus routes and a comfortable room. Massimilliano was great and advised us to some wonderful locations and restaurants. Yes, a bit noisy but we did not notice much. We will stay again when we go back. We loved Papagallo restaurant downstairs and the little bar was good also.

We stayed in the Collossea room. The accommodation was adequate and clean. It was incredibly noisy both day and night due to traffic outside. The balcony was pleasant, but noisy. A la carte breakfast was coffee and croissant in cafe downstairs. Although there were tea and coffee making facilities, there was no tea or coffee! No toilet roll, soap in... More

Excellent location, very nice rooms and very friendly and accommodating owner. Right next to bus stops and easy walking distance of St Peter's square. Close to some nice bakeries and a couple of supermarkets. The owner is a very helpful and nice guy. He gave us useful information on arrival and was helpful throughout our stay with any queries we... We were in Rome at the most expensive time of the year, new Year's Day and everywhere we looked was either full or prohibitively expensive. We chose Anno Domine because it was highly rated and well reviewed. As it turned out we were not disappointed, the host max was very helpful and made sure that we had all the services... More

This is a wonderful B&B in a great location outside of the noisy crowds of downtown Rome, but close to metro/trains/buses which makes getting to the city center a breeze. Max is an awesome host, and very helpful and knowledgeable about all there is to do and see in Rome. The B&B is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and very comfortable.... More

AnnoDomini B&B has a perfect location so you can easily get to a historical downtown, but you don't have to sleep around the noisy crowds of tourists going out all night long in the city center. For a young couple we chose the Navona room as the golden mean between large Colosseo suite and double Trevi room. The owners, Massi... More

Very suitable location, excellent room equipped by new furniture, air conditioner and bath tooling and very hospitable owners: Max and Vika. Reasonable price. Only one minor disadvantage: a little noisily due to closing to the street with intense traffic flow.

From my very first enquiry Max was super helpful (with impeccable English!) & we are so glad we steered clear of hotels or somewhere right in the centre. I would book here again in a heartbeat. Max is a considerate & friendly host who will do all he can to help. Our room was great with bright colours, comfy bed... More
