Very nice place to stay! The location is great with every main monument within walking distance. The staff is absolutely lovely, they even brought a little birthday cake at breakfast for my husband's birthday although we had not said anything. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I hope to go back one day.

I can't fault this hotel at all. You pay for location, and as far as I'm concerned everything else is a bonus. The staff were friendly and polite, the place is clean and aestheitcally pleasing. We had a complimentary bottle of win on arrival, and we were allowed to empty the minibar once on the house. I suppose this kind of bonus is well-deserved given how much it costs a night. Given that it's an old building in a congested part of a busy centre, there isn't much space and therefore everything is a tight squeeze e.g. the breakfast room, the reception area, the lift. The rooms aren't large either and neither are the bathrooms, but they are well furnished and clean. We had a room with a window looking out at the The Pantheon so it was fantastic. Breakfast was really good,…

So happy with our stay here over New years eve 2022. Beautiful room with all necessities and so close to all the craziness of Rome! Vatican 30 mins walk one way, colleseum 30 min walk in the other way. Staff are lovely, happy to do anything for you. Breakfast is especially nice and fresh. Would recommend for a lovely few nights stay in Rome!

The hotel is great and centrally situated; many interesting points are in walking distance. Our room was quite big, but the bathroom is very small, fortunately with a shower and not a bathing tube! The room looks in an inner courtyard; therefore it is very quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful in our finding train tickets for our unintentional early departure. In the bathroom there was for the first two days a strong smell of chlorine from the javel water used for cleaning. Later on a bad smell from the sewage pipe took over. After a complaint, the javel / chlorine stench returned back. Obviously nothing was fixed. Since we then had to return home, I don't know how the story would have continued. Since most guests praise the hotel in tripadvisor, maybe this problem…

My wife and I stayed for about 8 nights at the Antico Albergo del Sole Al Pantheon, and in the week and a half since we returned home we've repeatedly said to each other how perfect the hotel was! The rooms were clean and, while a bit small, no more than we needed: we only planned to sleep there, after all, and otherwise would be out and about sightseeing. Moreover, the room was straightened and beds made each day we requested it, and the staff, from front desk clerks to bellhops to lounge hosts, were very polite and very accommodating, and nearly all spoke English. And when I say the hotel is centrally located, I am not kidding: Some ads say the amazing Pantheon is a two minutes walk from the hotel -- try 20 to 30 seconds! Every time you exit the hotel, there is an…

This location is great. The space is pretty, but small, no bar/lounge space, poor service. Check in was smooth, but with no emotion from the person behind the desk. Although we were a bit early, they got us into our room. The person who worked at the desk at night and the full time bell person were not nice or welcoming or warm at all. They would say Hi or Good Evening upon seeing us and that's all. The room, junior suite, had a nice sitting area and comfortable bedroom space had an EXTREMELY SMALL bathroom. The bathroom had one place to hang a towel, ZERO counter space and was so close to the bedroom that I could lay in the bed and hold the hand of the person on the toilet. The daily breakfast was great.

Adorable small hotel in an amazing location smack dab in the Rotonda Square overlooking the Pantheon. We paid a bit of a premium for a room with a view, and it was a spectacular one. The room itself was rather small, as was the bathroom, but it was perfectly comfortable for two people. There is an elevator and it is quite small but it beats the alternative. The breakfast was quite good, and the hotel arranged for a transfer to the airport.

Fantastic location right next to the Pantheon, walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum etc Recently refurbished. Staff were fantastic The room we had was small - but we were out most of the time. It was well appointed, very comfortable and very clean. They do have suites which would have been ideal for a stay of more than 2 nights

Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is newly renovated. Beds are comfortable, pillows are nice. We had 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were spacious and newly renovated. It’s probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in whilst visiting Rome. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast is great, however I can’t emphasise enough that the location is fantastic. Restaurants, shops, gelato and pharmacy are at your door step. We will be back!

The design of this beautiful boutique hotel makes it feel like a home. The loveliness of the hotel is enhanced by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The front desk staff, the wait staff serving breakfast, housekeeping/bell staff all do their part to make sure guests have a relaxed, enjoyable stay. We were in a prestige room with elegant decor and a gorgeous bathroom with luxurious amenities. The hotel is quiet, despite the bustle outside in this central location. The Pantheon, shops and restaurants are at the doorstep. The breakfast is an abundance of fruit, mouth-watering pastries, eggs, excellent coffee, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.
