A great B&B close to Termini. The owners, Simonetta and Socrate were great hosts, very friendly and service minded! It was a treat waking up to Simonettas fantastic breakfast and Socrates moka pot coffee every morning. And the the place is very clean and quiet. A great place to stay, I would stay here again!

There are only two bedrooms at this cozy B&B near Stazione Termini in Rome. There is a shared modern kitchen and dining/living area plus a den. The owners speak English extremely well and are unbelievably nice, helpful with directions/sightseeing and they even helped us print boarding passes! Our room (4th floor, there is an elevator) was large, with big windows...

The B&B is 15 min walk from Roma Termini but you can also take the metro which is just one stop to Vittorio Emanuele which is 2 min walk from the B&B Colloseum and Roma Forum are also close and so are all major attractions, public transport is also conviniently available, though it towards newer part of city than the...

We enjoyed our journey in this B&B in october 2014. The owners Simonetta and Socrate are really nice and they gave us a lot of advices to visit the town and to answer our questions. The breakfast was excellent (fruit, homemade cakes...), the room very clean. For our next trip, we look forward to go in this B&B

We had such a great experience staying here! A short walk to Santa Maria Maggiore; medium walk to Coliseum and Forum. Metro stop right on the corner. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. But the best things about this place are the hosts, Simonetta and Socrate. They advised us on the best places to visit and eat. Simonetta's...

I love that place. My room was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Breakfasts were delicious and extremely big even for a grown man like me. But the best things about this place are owners. I have never met so helpful and nice people in my life and I almost felt like in my own family. Thank you very much! If I...

We have just returned home following a long weekend break in Rome. The Sine Tempora was fabulous. When we booked the only room available was the twin room, which was lovely, the double room became available on our second day and our hosts relocated us to this beautiful room. Nothing was too much trouble for Simoneta and Socrete. They were...

We stayed three nights at Sine Tempore in Rome and were overwhelmed by the wonderful hospitality. I reserved on BBplanet and there were no problems with communication. Simonetta and her husband were waiting for us when we arrived, making us coffee and giving us detailed information about the sights in Rome. The B & B is spotlessly clean, Very quiet,...

I did not stay here, so I cannot comment on the rooms, facilities and such. I am writing to comment on the poor ethics the owners of this B&B have. On 27 Mar, I called the B&B to enquire about room availability in Jun. Simonetta told me that a room I wanted was available and asked me to write her...

We understand the disappointment of the client, but generally the b&b receive more requests for availability concerning the same period and send everyone the same conditions of stay. Obviously the customer more ready to accept the proposed conditions, get a booking. In this case the customer was not ready enough to book, because it was still unsure about what to...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Sine Tempore B&B is located in Via Buonarroti 40, nearby Vittorio Emanuele square, one of the charming nineteenth-century buildings that characterize the Esquilino district, in the centre of Rome.the structure is studied in every detail for a pleasant stay in Rome, marked by warm hospitality, attentive and discreet. The central location of the b & b allows you to easily visit the city without having to use public transport or private, because most of the monuments, archaeological sites and the most important churches are within walking distance. There are, however, many public transport, first of all underground.A very impressive and lively neighbourhood that is characterized by the peaceful coexistence of many ethnic groups, makes the Esquilino a virtuous example of racial integration, almost in continuity with the deep sense multiethnic of ancient Rome. In a magical atmosphere and “timeless”, suspended between past and present, you can discover the nature of authentically popular neighbourhood, from the traditional Roman cuisine, but also to get lost between sounds and flavours that evoke mysterious and faraway lands.
