For about 60 euros a night, I enjoyed this beautiful hotel with a more than fair room for this price. It is around 25 mins driving from the center of Rome (i.e. coliseum), but I loved it after a long and stressing day walking around they busy streets of Rome. My summary; far from being a luxurious place (obviously for...

My husband and I have just returned from an eight day break here. We had a wonderful time. Excellent service. Happy hardworking staff on hand. If you are in need of a break and like doing nothing then try Relais Castrum. Peace and quiet. Just what we needed. We did venture out a tiny bit! There are few beaches within...

We chose this hotel based on its location (midway to shore and center of Rome - 20km each) and its promising luxury like room pictures. Our honeymoon was as expected and we really enjoyed our stay. But I think the final budget of our six night stay was much more expensive than it was written on the receipt. Recalculation of...

This hotel is in the countryside about 10 miles outside Rome and 25mins from Fiumicino Airport. Spent 3 days there. Free upgrade to a 'Suite' for the first night but this was just a not particularly big room with not enough space for 2 large suitcases. Subsequent regular room was very small. WiFi worked well in reception but non-existent elswhere....

The good things first, lovely surroundings, piece and quiet you can rest there, helpful staff. Very bad hygiene though , during breakfast there were flies on the cheese and bread, big ones and we told them, they didn't bother to change it. It is too far from the city center and it costs a lot to move around.

We stayed there about a year ago. It was an excellent spot, very romantic and very historic. We enjoyed our stay here. PROS: Romantic, historic, wonderful grounds, great staff. CONS: You're pretty far from Rome, There's nothing in walking distance. There's only 2 options for places to eat. Wifi was spotty. There's a shuttle bus that will take you into...

Dear customer, we are a Relais and not a downtown hotel in Rome and as such, it is far from the city center, with all its privileges. We thank you the kind review and we look forward to having you in the future our guests. Thanks to you all

This place is so lovely an quite, and after shopping in Rome all day it's nice to come back to. Reception staff was brilliant and helped us so much and because of that we enjoyed our stay and Rome even more, the bus to the local metro is good for 5 euros per person each way, although if you want...

We checked in late & was concerned about our location as we'd lost our way so late driving in with directions being average @ best. However once we checked in Ћ place was heavenly, great service, clean rooms, & very very friendly & helpful staff! For a £5 per person fee they'll drive you to Ћ metro which is about...

About 40 minutes from Rome by the hotel shuttle bus (5 Euros each way) but an oasis of calm and the most charming old buildings. Staff and food wonderful.
