Upon check-in (Nov 24 to 28, 2016) we were told that we've been upgraded to a Superior Room for free, room 59 just behind the reception. I like the idea that we don't need to use the elevator, very convenient and easy access to our room, we also felt safe the entire 4 nights we were in this hotel knowing...

My wife and I were there for 3 nights. We were expecting a small room with double beds and we ended up in a quite spacious room on the second floor with a king size bed. Way beyond expectations. What we truly enjoyed was the proximity to the metro station - approx 150 meters away. really great! Breakfast was quite...

We stayed at this welcoming boutique hotel for 3 nights post Oceania cruise, and were extremely pleased. It is in a lovely area, down the street from the US Embassy, and across the street from the interesting Capuchin Monastery crypts. It is very convenient to see most sights, and one or two Metro/ bus stops from most others.Carlo the hotel...

Two things are really good: staff and location. The rest is terrible. Rooms are bad. Bathroom is tiny. Renovation extremely required. And rooms are not clean. There are hotels for the same money much much better than this one. Breakfast is below average. Will never stay there again. It is better to stay somewhere further from center and use taxi...

We had seven wonderful nights in this amazing hotel. It had everything we needed to make our honeymoon spectacular. The staff were incredibly helpfully, the restaurant second to none, and the room was clean and fresh everyday. The location ment we were within walking distance to all the major attractions. Thanks to the staff this will always be our home...

We were at hotel Aleksandra 4 nights (24-28.9.). We grace our 23rd wedding day there. Staff suprised us in that day. They take a bottle of sparkling wine and two glasses in our room when we weren't there. They also gave us wiew on the street, that I hope when I reserve that. We loved that they were implement our...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
