The Flaminio area has been making a name for itself as a hub for contemporary architecture and art. Over the past decade, Flamino’s grassy knolls have seen the rise of cultural centres - amazing feats of architecture like the beautiful Ponte della Musica, the wavy contemporary art MAXXI Museum, and the futuristic Parco della Musica, a music complex where international names perform. Flaminio also has traces of the 1960 Olympic Games with Palazzetto dello Sport and Villagio Olimpico, the athlete’s Olympic village turned residential housing. If culture means a ball and a foot, keep your eye on the prize: Rome’s famed Stadio Olimpico football stadium is just a short walk across a bridge.

We ordered pizza from the front desk agent and she never told us that they (the hotel) would pay for the pizza, when the pizza guy came he told us 20 Euros and we have it to him. WELL we tried to get a refund or a new pizza to replace it and asked the front desk and this is when

Dear SheS123, we are a bit surprised about your review! We have a guest book were it is clearly written that the hotel pays for the service and then charges it on the room. So the 20 € you gave to the pizza guy were actually a tip, because he knew the pizza was paid. Said this, when you explained the situation to my colleague in the morning, he took the pizza away from the bill, so that you did not pay twice, we paid your pizza. About the room, we have different sizes, if you book the economy room you get a small one. The heating system is controlled by the reception so you just need to call us to have the temperature set. Regards, Andrea

We thought that the continental style breakfast was delicious - all fresh and with a good fruit salad. Nice coffee and tea served with tea pots. Not sure about parking, as tram is very good for access to centre.
