It is extremely far from the city center. They advertised themselves on another site as "close to Ciampino Airport", which is not true, and you have to go a mile for a bus that goes there. The window of our room was bad and we weren't able to close it. We told the staff about it, she did not manage...

Avoid at ALL costs - I travel extensively, and it's one of the worst places I've ever stayed. BED BUGS, no Reception, no check-in. There's no kitchenette, no tea kettle, no breakfast, NEVER saw any staff member. Our room was okay. Shower was super small and EXTREMELY dirty. Our safe didn't work at all.. thins walls. But hey, it's a roof.
