The room was comfortable, the breakfast varied and abundant, dinner at the restaurant was nice. There is a collection of old Vespas in the lobby - wonderful. The hotel is relatively close to the Vatican City but removed from the old Forum, the Coliseum and other attractions. Accessible by city bus, not always easy to navigate. In a residential area...

We stayed there with our two boys 8 and 10yrs old and found the hotel itself really good. The staff were all very pleasant, the restaurant was excellent and we ate there a few nights. The breakfast was also very good, lots of choice and all tastes catered for. The hotel itself is about 15mins from the nearest Metro station...

The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The bathroom needs to be redesigned as there is very little room to manoeuvre when trying to open the door and the design of the shower meant a wet floor every morning. There is no aspect to look out on as it is in a residential area. There...

Perfect hotel staff were so helpful food for breakfast was typical continental and plenty of it. Had dinner which was perfect. Our towels were changed everyday. Will definitely stay here again the only downside was it was lacking restaurants around the hotel but did find 1 lovely 1 down the road on second day

The hotel it's self was very pleasant with lovely staff. Unfortunately the area was advertised as exclusive but to what I'm not sure. Rooms were tidy although mine was dated and in need of some decoration, beds were very hard. My room was on the 1st floor next to the lifts which I did not hear, but outside my room...

What a disappointment! The reviews we read before booking were positive yet the experience we had didn't match at all. From the moment we stepped in the door tired and cold after many hours of traveling we were greeted with indifference and arrogance from the staff member (Phillip) at reception. Barely looking at us during check in, not even a...

Dear Emily, I'm really sorry that you had this bad experience with one of our employee, I'm going to talk to him and try to understand what happened with him that night ... as you can see in our review most of our Guests have considered our staff very good ... and that episode doesn't represent for sure our attitude...

This hotel is not very close to the city center, but we took a shuttle to sightsee and stayed out all day. They have a nice bar and comfortable lobby area to enjoy your cocktail. Because it is residential area and because it was warm the windows were open and there is a jogging trail area next door and the...

The hotel is really nice and the location is perfect in a silence neighborhood. Good breakfast. The room is big and clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The transfer's driver is the best guy in the hotel. Amazing experience.

We were accidentally taken here by mistake by a cab driver, in the rain, at midnight, and dropped off. When we figured out we were at the wrong hotel, the front desk staff allowed us to wait in the lobby, he called a cab for us, and helped with our luggage. He even let us use the wifi while we...

Stayed at this hotel for a few days and firstly let me commend the front of house team who were all lovely, from the friendly receptionists and the helpful & courteous concierge man (elderly black guy). These guys are a credit to this hotel. That's really where the praise stops, because the restaurant staff are either outsourced employees or have...
