Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

For the price this is great. Clean. Good location- walking distance from station. Metro nearby. Shared kitchen well stocked. Map given on arrival with suggestions of where to go to help us get our bearings. Shower a bit cold for 3rd person but otherwise great little find.

Everything that is advertised and more. The location is very good, just a few streets for P. Republica and Termini, you can easily walk here (use the Carige building as reference, or the US Embassy). The staff (Marco in our case) is very friendly, helpful and polite, not only in regards of the booking but in helping get our bearings and suggesting places and things to do. Room and breakfast were also excellent,

Me and my wife spent 4 nights at the weekend at this hostel. Our overall experience was very good. The room was spacious and well decorated to our taste mainly by IKEA . The LCD TV was a bit small and located a bit high in relation to the bad. The bath is well equipped but a bit small, a specialty for a big guy like me. We had hot water all a round the clock. The mattress was great As for the breakfast, there is a nice kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and a fridge with fresh orange juice, milk, yogurt and butter, although it would be nice if some vegetables would be added too, there is also instant coffee, tea and bread for toasts, also here some improvement is required. In the room there are also cereals of 2 kinds and granola and some cookies and jams, a big plus. As for the location of the hotel it is close enough to several metro station, a 5 minute walk. Still we preferred walking. Everything is close by. Hope Rome will smile for you. And don't forget to throw a coin at the trevi fountain if you wish to visit again.

This was a great hostel, easy to walk from Termini. The location near the US embassy and the big hotel street meant it felt like a safer area to stay than some other areas near Termini. Marco met us when we arrived & answered all of our questions, and helped us get a taxi to the airport very early morning which was helpful! The room was large and clean, and free breakfast was a bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely little place in the centre of Rome. A few minutes walk from Barbarini Metro and about 15 mins from Termini Station. We opted for a private double en suite room which was very nice. Decent size, well lit, nice bathroom and a comfy bed. There were about 4 rooms inside the mini flat that we stayed in with a shared living area. The whole place was immaculately clean. It is a very quiet place. Not somewhere to stay if you want to party, although, Yellow Bar (linked to a larger more lively hostel) is a 10 minute walk so you can party elsewhere and then enjoy a good nights sleep like we did. It felt more like an Air BnB than a hostel. The whole time we were there we didn't see anyone else except Marco to check us in and out so it felt very private. They provide breakfast as well as juice and milk for tea and coffee. Wifi was fast and reliable. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place.
