Nicely landscaped villa with a pool. I was staying here to attend a conference at a hotel about 1km away, the rooms were really clean and comfortable. Furniture was not brand new but was perfectly serviceable in my room and in good condition. I was made to feel welcome and communicated well with our hosts as I do not speak any Italian this was a relief. It was not easy to walk to the conference venue as the pavements were not maintained in this suburb or simply didn’t exist on a busy road, our hosts generously gave me a lift to the conference every morning in their own car which was much appreciated. I would stay here again.

Villagio Azzurro suggests a very economical stay. Pics in the internet are better than in reality. TV is extremely small and far away from the bed. We were a young couple so we managed, but I am not sure it is suitable for everyone. Bed is not very comfy, more like a motel. Bathroom suggests a pretty unpleasant bathing experience with problematic water pressure and unstable temperature. Breakfast is very minimal in Italian standards. I tried to be as fair as I can with my review and kept our individual worst expirience to the end. What was the most disappointing was the ending taste of our stay: Unfortunately, few hours after we left the B&B I realized I left my professional camera in the closet. Immediately informed the owner but it was too late. The B&B holds 4-5 rooms but still he couldn't manage to find the camera. The only options possible A. The cleaning service took it and lied to him B. He took it and lied to us C. One of the visitors or the employees entered our room after our leave and took it I am completely our that this event is first of all under my responsibility. And yet I expect a certain amount of organization and security standards. The owner did not offer any further help (checking the security cameras, etc) although I mentioned more than once this is a very big deal for us and very expensive. Anyway, These are water under the bridge. Make your own choice but make sure to keep and eye on your belongings and maybe pay an extra buck and go on a better, more secure and comfy option.

The perfect place to stay in Rome far from the noise of the city but easy to reach by car. The sea is not far about 15km and a very good restaurant is nearby. The rooms are clean and the owner very friendly. The pool and the park are amazing. Breakfast included. We will return next summer!

Myself, my husband and our two daughters (5 & 2) spent 2 nights here after arriving in Italy. It's close proximity to Fiumicino airport (about 15 mins drive) and a lovely looking pool for the children, were our main booking reasons. We weren't disappointed! The pool was large, clean and warm! The host Tanya was very welcoming and was brilliant with our children, going out of her way to play with them and making them feel welcome! Upon arrival she made sure we had plenty of bottles of water and juice (free of charge) and showed us a large fridge where we could keep chilled items. (There was also use of a freezer). We were served breakfast both mornings and whilst basic there was plenty of choice for everyone. We didn't eat out but there looked to be plenty of restaurants in the area and Tanya helped us order take away pizza one night. The room we were in was perfect for a family of 4 though I think we may have been placed in the owners accommodation as it was filled with personal photographs and one of the rooms was obviously the owners office! However the rooms were clean and tidy and had working aircon. The kids enjoyed playing with the owners very friendly and placid dogs and exploring the very pretty gardens. The only downside I would say is that the some of he draining edge around the pool is broken and definitely needs to be addressed and it's an accident (especially for little feet) waiting to happen. All in all this is a great base for arriving in or departing from Italy.

Villaggio Azzurro is a very pleasant B & B where we stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed every moment as it is a very tranquil and nice place with a wonderful garden, beautiful swimmingpool and very hospitable and kind owners (with the nicest dogs) who do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was perfect for our family of four with a big bathroom and a very nice jacuzzi. Oh and they make a very good Cappuccino for you in the morning......

I stayed here last summer for a single night and loved it! La Perla Nera is quiet, private with beautiful landscape, very spacious grounds with lots of space to walk around and enjoy the greenery. The room was very clean, big (bigger than most B&Bs i've ever been in!), and looked brand new. The breakfast was typical Italian breakfast with espresso, toast and jam. Perfect place, especially for the price! Definitely recommend this place for both local and international travelers!! will come again the next time I am in Rome.

I've been last week for 3 days, I had the opportunity to visit rome, and to relax in the green and the pool, I found nice persons, the rooms satisfied us, with air conditoning, clean, quite. The breakfast was normal but ok, the staff was nice with us, and help us for all our needs. It is a place to relax during your holidays in Rome. A mix between culture and rest. For sure I will come back!
