We stayed at Gambrinus for a 5 night city break in September 2015. Upon arriving the receptionist gave us a map and pointed out the most interesting places to see. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. After the first night I requested a room upgrade and they accepted my request without a problem. We were given a room...

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the location and cleanliness. The room was a little on the small side, however we were there to see the sights of Rome so didn't linger in our room much. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was plentiful. There is the most amazing ice cream shop at the end of the...

Located in a north east neighbourhood which was 15 min walk from the train station with roller suitcase in tow. Not super close to the main attractions but we found Rome to be a small town relatively so no great hardship. Friendly staff but we were asked for a credit card (a visa debit card would not do apparently) or...

We had a great stay in this hotel and it was referred to us by our travel agent. We had a standard room for 2 and yet found it very spacious compared to other European hotels (more of a North American size). Things were a bit dated but we found it was very clean and pleasant. The washroom was a...

This hotel was recommended to us and we loved staying there. The staff in making arrangements were great, helpful and gracious, arranging all transfers from airport to hotel and hotel,to pier. Roberta is fantastic. Also the breakfasts were delightful, Raul and his accompanying staff made sure everything was up to par, hot and always full, the coffee machine was explained...

This hotel is well placed in a delightful area with plenty of restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere, but is well located for public transport. the rooms were clean, and we all appreciated the kettle. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee, and the staff were all helpful. The one let down was the bathroom, or more accurately, the shower; it was...

A cosy hotel a little way from centre but easy connections/ walk. Basic room but clean functional and well serviced and even had kettle and tea. Breakfasts were a continental delight with as much choice a you would need, plus sparkling wine, a very pleasant addition. The breakfast staff were delighful and full marks to Ruel for his cheery manner...
