I stayed in the Tic Tac apartment four nights. By local standards it's a perfect apartment for a small family or group of friends. Coming from the US there's definitely some quirks that you should be aware of. I stayed with a friend who I was traveling with and thought it would be perfect for me to take the bedroom...

Pros: - Location could not have been better. The hotel was right in the middle of the central Rome area. We loved walking through the cobbled streets during the day and being able to simply stop back at our hotel room when we wanted a short rest. - It is 5minutes walk to the BEST authentic Italian restaurant (recommended by...

First family trip to Europe. Rome was our first stop when arriving in Italy. We were very pleased with location, attentiveness of the staff, and the lovely and spacious room (with windows that open out onto the Italian Parliament building. Really enjoyed full included breakfast: cappuccinos, breads and pastries, and fresh meats and cheeses. Central location convenient for walking to...

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. Our room was a bit of a distance to get to, but once there was comfortable. Bed was large and comfortable. The sitting area was a plus. Breakfast each morning was excellent. One of the staff, I forger her name, makes the absolute best omelette. The hotel is very centrally located...

We had a blast of a stay and definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Room was well kept, clean and housekeeping did a great job on tidying the room daily. The rooms vary in shapes and sizes, so would recommend understanding the exact fixtures when booking. Room 212 was very comfortable for two adults and two...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
