The hotel is modern, very clean with a very hospitable staff. The superior rooms are spacious, spotless, well-appointed bathroom, and with very convenient beds. My wife and I stayed with a party of 2 more couples 5 nights during 3.2018

I wish TA had few in between points for review ratings. This is a bit better than average but not quite Very Good.

Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural
storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.

It's too far to walk from Termini to the hotel, and I guess a taxi is the easiest way, but if you want to use public transport you could take the Metro (Linea A) from Termini just a couple of stops up to Barberini station, then a bit of a walk (c.500-600 metres) from Barberini down Via del Tritone to cross Via del Corso and reach Montecitorio. Alternatively I believe bus no.71 runs from Termini station to Via del Corso. Hope this helps.
