We stayed at this hotel in mid October 2016 for four nights. The staff was amazingly enthusiastic, helpful and friendly in responding to the slightest question or concern. The terrace is charming and provided a wonderful respite from the busy pace of the Spanish Steps We highly recommend this hotel for any stay in Rome.

I have been here before and i can tell you that it is perfect value for money. The rooms are very nicely decorated, they have sky tv and the staff is very friendly. The gem is the roof top terrace where you can enjoy breakfast.

First to say the location of hotel was walking distance from Spanish steps and was excellent. The hotel was very beautiful. The staff from the manger to the bell boy were all very helpful and cordial. The room was excellent. We got the Penthouse and room was very big. We had breakfast on the terrace and the view was beautiful.... More

We spent 3 nights here for our honeymoon and it was very nice. Be advised, however, that the rooms are spread out and we had to walk from the main check in and building to our room which was in a building that also had permanent tenants in it. Different but it worked out fine. We were given one of... More

We came to Rome to celebrate my 50th birthday and to enjoy our first holiday in over 20 years without children. I booked the Inn at the Spanish Steps through the British Airways site and picked it due to its individuality and central location and we weren't disappointed. The room, although not large, was certainly comfortable with everything that was... More

We received nothing but exemplary service from the beginning to the end of our stay. In fact, it started before we arrived when the hotel helped arrange a couple of surprises for my wife's birthday. As a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage daughters) we had 2 rooms in the main building which were both beautifully appointed and... More

Stunning in every word. Great location, lovely quiet hotel, great rooms and very accommodating staff, couldn't recommend more highly. Loved the roof terrace and breakfast was very well received. Pricey but definitely worth it.

My wife and I rented this hotel through Costco Travel. They were very helpful with an early check in and gave us the opportunity to use their suite for one night without an extra charge. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Remember this is an old hotel and not a modern one. We love this type of hotel. The... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
