This hotel is a solid choice. Looking at the official hotel images, I do not recognize this hotel. My room did not resemble any of these charming picture. On the plus side, the location is great. I was able to get to the Steps, Trevi, and Navona within 20-25 mins walking. Add five more for the Vatican. The metro station is a five minute walk away, as it the major train station. The breaskfast was tasty, with several options. The rooftop bar service is ok. The food is nothing to crave, but it puts soemthing in the stomach if you're drinking. The beds are hit and miss. It may be comfortable or may not -- a crapshoot. The bathrooms are interesting. The plus is the bidet. The minus is the incredibly narrow shower. Almost got injuered getting in and out and maneuvering in the shower, and I am of normal size. The closet space is so minimal it's laughable if more than one person is in the room. If the price is right, I'd stay here again. Otherwise, I'd consider more upscale offerings.

It's a tale of two hotels. On the one hand, it's in the Termini Station neighborhood, which is not somewhere I'd stay if I were making the plans on my own. Yes, it's convenient to the station, but then you're in one of the seedier areas of Rome and far enough from the tourist areas that you pretty much have to take the metro or a taxi. On the other hand, the hotel is quite nice, especially the public areas like the lobby, sitting room, restaurant, and rooftop garden. Then somewhere in between are the rooms, if you can find yours because the guest floors are like a rat maze. Mine was very small, hardly enough room to lay the suitcase down and still be able to walk around. As with most Italian hotels, the thermostat is for show so I had to have the window open all night to keep the room cool. The bathroom was a decent size, though from what I gather, none of them have actual locks on them. The cleaning people did a terrific job of straightening up and organizing my stuff. And, notably, the hotel was fairly noisy, which I suspect is from a combination of thin walls and a younger clientele. On the bright side, if it weren't for the doors slamming early in the morning, I would've overslept after mis-setting my alarm and been seriously late.

Stayed here in March 2024 as a couple. About 5-7 minutes walk from the Roma Termini Train Station and within the City Centre where you can walk around to various restaurants, malls, shopping centers, metro stations and hop on, hop off sightseeing buses. We reached by train towards late morning and were able to easily walk to the hotel with heavy bags. At check-in, we were informed to wait until 4pm for the room (as that seems to be their standard time), but we could leave our luggage in the storage and go sightseeing. We came back around 4pm and were then allotted a room. We had opted for a Double Standard Room which was allotted on a higher floor as per our request. A nice, clean, compact room with a very compact sized bathroom and toiletries (toilet paper, towels, napkins and shampoo, body wash, and other amenities). The shower area was extremely small. There was daily housekeeping/replenishment for the 3N we stayed. Since it was almost end of winter in Italy, we did not need the heater and the AC was not functioning, so had to open the window and the room was just about comfortable, at times would get warm especially in the day time with the bright sunshine. Buffet Breakfast was amazing, with a good spread and great taste, did get crowded at times. Overall, a decent stay and would recommend staying here as this hotel was just perfectly centrally located, decent rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast and value for money! Thank you Hotel Nord Nuova Roma for the wonderful hospitality and we would definitely stay here again!

It’s a good budget hotel and 5 min from Roma termini. Decent room, a view of a balcony but I did not mind. I stayed here as I had an early morning train. It’s a 15min drive 50min walk from the historic Center with all sites and over an hour walk from the Vatican.

We stayed here for the rugby. The location was very central. The hotel itself was clean, however, when we arrived we were told our room would be ready in an hour. We arrived back an hour and a half later and it still wasn't ready, we had to wait a further 30 mins. The room itself was clean but small and the bathroom was adequate. The breakfast in t1he morning was not the best. They had hotdogs, potatoes, scrambled egg and bacon as a hot choice which was actually warm. The pastries were lovely so we didn't starve. We used the rooftop bar for 1 drink on the first night and it cost $18 for a lager and aperol, which was quite steep. We never went back. Overall the hotel was fine for what we needed it for and that was a bed.

We booked an Easyjet 5 night package to this hotel including breakfast. We arrived early and were warmly welcomed by the man on reception. He apologised that our room was not ready early and kindly arranged for us to leave out luggage while we popped out for a couple of hours. We felt most welcome instantly. All staff we encountered were very polite, friendly and helpful without fail. The breakfast staff were really efficient and even apologised when things had run out momentarily. One lady even bought a bowl of yoghurt to my husband when she had replenished the dispenser. We presume the hotel has had a lot of recent refurbishment and it is really smart and clean/tidy. Our room was quiet despite being front facing. It was very comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and plentiful. We would highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely convenient for the airport SIT bus stop and the Termini station (five minute easy walk), and in a good location for sights and restaurants whether on foot or by metro (Replublica metro is also nearby and smaller/less busy than Termini). Like all local hotels, there is a city tax for the end of your stay 6 Euro per person per night. We never had any safety concerns walking locally (obviously take precautions as for any city!). Room safes are provided. The fridge and kettle were a real bonus and there are local shops to get supplies.

Location- Nice and close to the train station and metro- with easy links to the airport. 30-45 minute walk to most of the tourist attractions. Beds- Comfortable! Room- Nice and clean. Large bed, kettle, small bathroom with shower. We were out most of the day so it did the job for what we needed. Noisy from the street if you want the windows open but as soon as they are closed you can't hear anything. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours from time to time- but this didn't bother us. We only had breakfast on one of the mornings- standard buffet breakfast. They had the grand opening for their restaurant whilst we were there but we didn't get a chance to go. The rooftop terrace has some lovely views and is the perfect place for an apperitivo- there are outside and inside spaces. The staff are all friendly. We managed to get an early check in which was perfect- but they had baggage stores if needed. There is a city tax for the end of your stay 6 Euro per person per night.

Firstly the hotel is over the road from Termini train station. We got the Leonardo express for 14 euros. Our room was available at 1pm which was fantastic. The room was small but clean and purposeful. We walked to all the sights which were down long streets. I had already booked a tour of the Vatican and colosseum tickets 30 days beforehand. Breakfast was plentiful with continental meats, cheeses, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and yogurt. The staff are friendly and obliging. A couple of negatives.. I booked it because it had a gym and it was closed due to a refurb. We also went to the bar at 9pm and it was locked up and closed. And finally during the night it was very noisy with bins crashing, banging noises like the whole place was being excavated at 12am and then 3am. There is plenty of restaurants nearby which suited us and we had walked 12 miles during the day ( wear comfortable shoes) . Rome is fantastic and February was perfect temperature at 18c.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights as part of a package with aer lingus from Dublin, the hotel is really basic, old, and run down, walls are grubby, bed covers are ancient, rooms are tiny and bathrooms are from the dark ages, staff were all rude and unhelpful, I asked was "this the best room they had" they smirked at me and said "yes" We lost our money and left after one night to stay in a wonderful hotel. This hotel was full of students not suitable for clean comfort , the curtains were grubby and old. we felt unsafe in the area. Again don't stay here. When we said we were leaving reception suddenly had better rooms to offer us. Rude, ignorant and just a horrible experience .
