Great location in Rome; however, AC was turned off and window had to be open because of heat. Noise from outside alley kept us awake with motorcycles and cars. On a positive note, the breakfasts were excellent and plentiful.

While the water in the shower in this 3 star hotel is only warm and the hotel is ready for a renovation, the staff is extremely helpful, kind and patient. Valerio on the evening shift is exceptional. Others helpful as well.

We booked this hotel with points at the bargain rate of only 10,000. Unfortunately, the low cost could not make up for the poor service and lack of sleep quality. We arrived in the morning after a long overnight flight and were exhausted. While not surprised that our room was not available yet we were shocked that there was no...

This hotel went beyond my expectations for a European hotel. We stayed here from October 7-13, 2016. It was in a fantastic location, close to everything! Room had everything we needed, was quite inside and out. Also, used Choice Hotels points (10K per night), which is a steal! If you have points, use them here. Location This hotel is about...

Like many previous visitors to this hotel myself and my wife were less than impressed. I'll start with the one good point, the 2 men who we dealt with on check in and check out at reception were very pleasant and helpful. But here's the lists of negatives. 1. The wifi was awful, I used to have dial up internet...

The hotel location is very good. Thats is about Bolivar hotel. Room very old, felt very uncomfortable even to be in it, only were coming late to sleep and early morning to escape. Breakfast poor, lady at breakfast very unpleasant, reception isn't helpful at all, "No! is the answer, what was your question". Won't ever come back, even location won't...

This is a great Hotel, with easy access to lots of the major sites in less than 20 minutes walking distance. The service was excellent and the breakfast was filling and had lots of choice. The air-con was excellent in the sweltering heat.

We stayed at Hotel Bolivar for three nights. It was hard to get any sleep because the bed was too old and hard. We arrived early and they let us check in at noon, which was nice - we basically hadn't had any sleep because of our overnight flight to Rome. I couldn't sleep during the day because there was...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
