Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I loved this hotel. It is on the outskirts of the city, in a lovely residential area with some really sweet markets, shops and restaurants close by. It took us 40 mins to walk into the city, but we sometimes took the bus or the metro depending on where we were going. The room was cosy, the bed super comfy! The bathroom was really nice. The breakfast was good - pastries, breads, meats, cheese, cereals and some hot items too. The staff were wonderful - recommended the best restaurant that we visited during our stay and were very helpful when our return transport did not arrive. Overall, I would again in a heartbeat. Loved that I got to see Rome from outside of the tourist areas.

Booked this as part of a deal with BA Holidays. Outside central Rome but area has great places to eat and a variety of different shops etc to have a look around. Transport links are good. We got different methods of transport into central Rome on each day of visit. Just a short walk away is the bus, tram and metro transport. The walk into Rome if you want some exercise was just shy of 40 min. The hotel is small and some of the decor is a bit tired but it is lovely. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff are brilliant. Really helpful. Buffet breakfast was great and after a hard day of sightseeing, there was complimentary coffee and cake waiting in the foyer on our return. Would definitely book to stay here again.

Booked this as part of a promotion with Jetline Holidays. Went with my hubby and 20month old daughter. I’m normally quite good with looking up reviews and locations of hotel beforehand but for some reason didn’t get a chance o do it. Overall hotel was not too bad, family friendly( park nearby but didn’t explore this) it’s about 15-20mins to Roma termina on a bus ride which is not too bad so didn’t mind the location. Location is residential but they’ve got good cafes and lots of shops and boutiques around. Staff were very great, I can’t even fault them at all even when we checked in and found out the lights in the bathroom were not working they came to fix it instantly. Same with missing TV remote control and shower not working well. They were very quick and prompt with their response. My only negative comment is with respect to the Breakfast which we found utterly disappointing. For a 4 star hotel they could surely do better and upgrade on some of the elements of their breakfast menu.

I love this hotel. Yes it's a few kilometres outside of Rome City Centre but there are buses or tram stops nearby. My husband and I walked everywhere, we're in our 50's and saw so much more by doing that. Hotel staff are lovely and friendly, especially the girls on reception. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms nicely decorated. The area around the hotel felt very safe with a wide variety of restaurants and cafes with a nice family feel to the area. I highly recommend

We went for a city break and my partner booked this hotel not realising quite how far out of the centre it actually was. We didn’t have a car so we either used buses or taxi’s but the cost for a taxi was between 15 and 20 euro’s each time. The hotel room was reasonably comfortable but the shower wasn’t very good. For a four star hotel the breakfast wasn’t very good either. Staff at the hotel were friendly enough and the hotel was clean. If we did another break to Rome we wouldn’t stay so far out next time.

Dear Value Guest, unfortunately with regard to the distance from the center we can not do anything is clearly written on our site and on every booking portal, the location of our hotel. Our Hotel is located in the residential district of Parioli, in front of the villa ada park and only 10 minutes walk from the bourgeois gallery. A hotel surrounded by greenery where relax is a priority, as opposed to the chaos of the full center of Rome. By bus only euro 1.50 costs the ticket and it takes only 20 minutes to get to the city center and it is not compulsory to take a taxi...easy The rates of our Hotel are much more advantageous compared to a Hotel in the center which if in this period the average rate with us is 90 euros in the center is 250 euros. I remain available for further clarification , Best regards Rosalba

Currently staying at this hotel, first couple of nights ok, them tonight it took ten minutes to find a member of staff in the reception and bar area to get a drink, not very friendly? Tried to get into my room and the electronic keycard would not work so went down to reception, explained the issue, no sorry or anything, they just reset the card and tossed it back onto the counter. Then get into the room and the aircon has leaked on the floor. After the first 2 nights I would have given this hotel a 3 but after the experiences this evening they are lucky to get a 2. I will try and give a further update before I leave.

We stayed here for 4 days this week. Hotel is nice we had two rooms. One room luxurious with nice bath and food view. Lovely and bright. Other room was dark and dreary smelt of smoke and no bath Bathroom was lovely really modern and nice shower. But was designed as disabled room but no space to move around. Toilet was high with rail but toilet seat moved around no bidet but hose on floor No mat in shower. Breakfast basic but nice scrambled egg beans chicken hotdogs and bacon. Pastries and yogurt cereals and fruit. Toast. Coffee was amazing. Pastries and coffee on arrival nice touch. Hotel quite far out but taxis cheap and tram stop10 min walk. About 20 min ride into Vatican City. Overall good hotel to use as vase but would want to be nearer city next time

good value for money. staff very friendly and always willing to help, looking for solutions. well managed. very clean. if you don't mind a short bus/tram journey of around 25 minutes to the City center or to Vatican, then this hotel would be a very good value for money.

My room was quite small. I'd booked through BA and booked a twin room, but upon arrival, they only had a double and nothing else available, so that was disappointing. The decor was all a bit brown and boring, and the carpet in the hall looked proper threadbare. The location was a bit far from the city but that's my fault for not doing the research properly. But it was located in a nice area. My room had a bathtub which was unusual and I appreciated. I did go last year so maybe it has improved since then, or they have at least changed the hall carpet.
