Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We didn't have any problems here. The room was ready early when we arrived. The room itself was a good size and had a decent bathroom. It was only 2 blocks from Termini station. You could almost see it from the train station. Bed was comfortable. Reasonable price. We had the breakfast the next day for 7 Euros which was basically a continental breakfast but it was fine. I would stay here again.

Terrible condition of the room and unsafe location. Our rooms were moldy, hard beds, open wiring, no fire detectors, cracked walls/doors/windows, broken floor boards, broken radiator blasting heat, broken A/C and very noisy street...the list goes on and on. When we requested a refund to leave, it was denied.

Arrived nov 9th very nice man on reception cant remember his name very friendly and great English we were early our room was ready. We had room 507 5th floor room was nice and clean strange set up sink outside bathroom separate toilet and separate shower but we got use to it. We never had prob with hot watervas some people have said. My only gripe was they don't leave little sachetsof milk in same you want cup of tea in your room so I usevto take some at breakfast time and leave in fridge . Breakfast was OK plentyof pastries biscuits bread biscuits etc not great selection of fruit only oranges pkentynof juices coffee etc . Couple mins walk to termini station which was great near all local buses and hop on hop off buses. 20 min walk to trevi fountain and Spanish steps plenty tò do and see. Plenty of cafes resturants shops beside hotel. All staff very friendly can't complain about any of them enjoyed my stay there hotel was quiet enough I would stay again

The worst hotel I have ever been to. First we were given a room on the 1st floor, which looked quite different and old than the ones on the photos, the bathroom was very small with no hangers for towels on the walls ( the towels and shampoos were in the corridor), there were no toothbrushes or slippers. The fridge didn't work at all. On the last day we were offered to change the room and move to another room on the 5th floor. The room was more modern but with disgusting smell of the toilet the whole night. The worst was the restaurant, with dirty spoons, cups and plates, which were not washed properly, I found a spoon among the clean served cutlery with nutella on it, showed to the waiter and asked to bring me disposable cutlery. They had a poor menu of food: the same scrambled eggs, cheap sausages, boiled eggs, the sweets were good enough. The coffee was also good. The location is close to the train station, about 2-3 min walk, but far from the city sights, about 25-30min walk.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before we left Rome. It was clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is provided with a variety of choices. The neighbourhood is great - many cafes and wine bars. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to lay your head.

The hotel was satisfactory for the price we paid. A bit noisy in our room at night as we were overlooking the street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Emiliano at reception. We had a problem which did not concern the hotel but he went above and beyond the call of duty to get it sorted for us. One criticism we would have and again this does not involve the hotel, is that the surrounding area and other areas we visited were very badly littered.

Very basic no frills. Just a place to lay your head. It’s clean, not much in terms of facilities. It’s quiet and staff are nice enough. Would stay a bit closer to Trevi next time, is close to termini so great if you’re taking trips on the train but it’s a bit of a walk from the main sightseeing locations (Spanish steps, Trevi, coliseum). Staying with friends, it’s not very private. The bathroom is divided by a shower curtain - there is no wall or door.

This has got to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We booked 4 rooms and each bathroom was mouldy and dirty 2 of the bathrooms toilets were leaking waste water on the floor. We complained about it and then watched room service use the bed sheets to mop up the dirty water. Apparently that’s acceptable because they then wash the sheets 🤮. The receptionist was very aggressive when we told him we not happy . I highly would not recommend this hotel would rather sleep on the streets. They would be cleaner

Very basic and typical of the area. Rooms were loud and there was lots of street noise. Like hundreds of other hotels in the area it is close to restaurants and Roma Termini station. Breakfast was average and in a rather stuffy basement. All in all it was ok but nothing special.
