This is a beautiful hotel right across from the American Embassy. The staff was helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or needs. When we asked about finding a place to have an early breakfast (before the buffet opened) they arranged a picnic breakfast bag for us! Breakfast was very good with a large selection of eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits...

I loved almost everything about this hotel, from the beautiful room on the 4th floor to the mechanized drapes that were both elegant and functional (it was our first night in Europe with a 9-hour time difference, so the light-blocking drapes helped us sleep). The breakfast buffet was elaborate and delicious. The location was central to everything I wanted to...

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended and booked a restaurant for a 50th birthday celebration. They helped organise a special breakfast and gave us a complimentary fruit basket. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service team worked hard to maintain high standards. Breakfast was a good quality and represented good value in comparison to eating...

Stayed here for a recent 4 day trip to Rome - the bedrooms are very spacious, with a huge bed, mini bar, safe and electric switch to close the blackout curtains - perfect attention to detail. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy and ours was at the back of the hotel so very quiet. The buffet breakfast included...

This is my second trip to Rome and the Rose Garden Palace. It was wonderful again! The location is perfect...right across from the US Embassy, near the Via Veneto. The room was large enough and the rest of the facilities were perfect. The front desk staff was quite pleasant as well. I'm sure that the next time I am in Rome...

A lovely clean hotel in a great location. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There was tea and coffee provided in the room but no milk (necessary for the English guests). We purchased milk in the coop just around the corner and stored it in our mini bar fridge. We were able to walk daily to all the...

We spent 3 nights here on our Honeymoon earlier this month. The hotel is located away from much of the tourist sites, ranging from a range 10-30 minute walk to various destinations. Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
