Excellent stay at Residenza Frattina. The decor is lovely and the location is brilliant. It’s within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, the closest being the Spanish steps which were a 2 minute walk away. Our room was clean, with complimentary water and snacks daily. The only downside is the street could be a little noisy, the hotel have done all they can do reduce noise - double doors and heavy curtains. It is not so bad to put us off staying again. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants. There is no one on site daily but the communication from the hotel regarding check in / out was great and any questions we had answered quickly by Whats app. Will definitely be back

At first we were sceptical since the price was low and there was no reception. But as soon as we arrived we knew this is a good place to stay- the room was big and the facilities were great (the shower, beds, fridge etc..). There was even a coffe machine! The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels. The hotel staff was available at all times, just be careful not to make mistakes like forgetting your room keys, since there is no physical reception (although we did forget and they had to send someone especially to help us). The location was phenomenal, we were only a short walk away from the Spanish steps, Fontana di trevi and Via del corso (great if you are a shopper). To conclude I highly recommend to stay in this place, it exceeded our expectations!

We stayed at residenza frattina as a group of 4 from 11-14th October for my fathers birthday. Location:Excellent! Only a few minutes walk to the Spanish steps, lovely view from the room. Breakfast: Ample breakfast, very rude lady serving breakfast one morning we went down for breakfast 30 minutes before it was due to close, was made to feel very unwelcome and quite awkward Overall good accommodation and I would stay here again

The room is spacious, clean, and location. They have a no-contact check-in, but Francesca was so helpful and she gave all detailed instructions. There's a private elevator and entrance with codes, so you feel safe. The room service never fails to meticulously clean the room every day and replenish all room snacks and beverages. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back.

Stayed in the family room which was spacious and clean. The hotel is quirky but lovely. The hotel email you the code to access the property and room prior to your visit. Clear instructions and easy to find. The hotel is in an excellent location, in walking distance of the Trevi fountain and close to the Spanish steps. Would highly recommend.

A spacious and beautiful hotel, minutes away from the Spanish steps, shopping and a metro station. The rooms were clean, space abundant and a strong AC. Loved this hotel so much, great service! Would highly recommend and will return again!

when the taxi pulled up i thought how perfectly charming right then in heart of Rome. then i tried to get it pushing the buzzer repeatedly finally got someone i could not understand. the gate required a code or a room key neither of which I had. after repeated calls to the number produced no results, my friend who was inside opened the first gate. now the elevator needs a code once again numerous calls to get the code. surprise the elevator only goes to the third floor my room is on 2. sleping bags to the 2nd floor i find no one is in the office or ever the office IT IS REMOTE MANAGEMENT. then after i finally mange to get in they have the nerve to ask if everything is ok when obviously it is not. the room is ok the location is excellent the service is missing. when rome central has literally thousands of vacancies ask yourself if you want to walk several miles then come home to climb more. after leaving for the train (there is no one to check you out or any info about what to do with the key cards) then they send a whatsapp to leave keys with house keeper who was not around. i ended up mailing these disposable precious keys return receipt back to them. what can i say until 2020 i spent a 100 plus nights a year in hotels and never in the remotest locations have i experienced such indifference in customer support.…

Each guest receives again the same information, few days prior their arrival, in order to avoid any kind of misunderstandings and at the same time, they receive also the different codes needed to access the property. For your specific case, in addition to the information we have sent to you, your friend arrived at the property few days before yourself so, both of you knew the Hotel rules before checking in. Great service wonderful location veery central, clean and luxurious. Loved the history of the location as well as the museum feel of the hotel. Ut seems more like a boutique hotel. Free / complimentary water and coffee every day. The cleanliness is exemplary

This was a very clean property in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of shops and places to eat in very close proximity. Communication with hotel was spot on and check in/check out was easy. We were very tired from traveling and accidentally slept in well past check out. Still able to get a late check out upon request without question. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, especially considering the value! Will stay again if given a chance.
