My stay in here was good and bed is comfy but the room looks old. Location is amazing only 5 minutes walk from termini station and 20min walk to coloseum. Breakfast is also good. I would recommend this

Stayed here for 2 nights on our family visit to Rome.
The check in was quick and efficient, receptionists were all friendly and helpful.
Our room was not the largest but had all we needed, a bit old but has a character so I didnt...More
This hotel does not justify its 4 stars, not even by a longer shot. Rooms are small with damaged and outdated furniture the hotel being in need of serious refurbishments. Cleaning personnel seems to be overwhelmed, our room being not cleaned even at 2 pm....More

This is a hotel that has definitely seen better days, but the days it sees now can be very pleasant. The staff is quintessentially Romano, which may seem at times indifferent to some, but not so to those who know Rome. It's kept very clean...More

We apologize for the unacceptable behaviour of our staff, we will take measures in order to avoid these situations in the future.
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Dear Madame, all Roman hotels have bedbugs from time to time because guests bring them with them on their luggage from the train stations and airports, we get rid of them but they can come back anytime. As you know, it's not an issue of cleaning.
We are fighting with them and don't have this issue for the most of the year.
