The hotel is really good as in food and for its location because well connected to the center of the city. The only thing that we didn' t like was the zone near our hotel but the security of it is very efficent. A special thank you to Gianluca and Sara of the front Office and to the security man...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 26 January 2017

The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station which is also the dropping off point for airport shuttle buses. A metro stop is close by. Major attractions are within easy walking distance & there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel's exterior is traditional and it is modern & very tastefully decorated inside....

We stopped at the Ariston for a weekend in Rome. The location is excellent, a five minute walk from main train station and easily within walking distance for all attractions. The staff were very engaging and more than helpful. The room was tidy and not a bad size. The bathroom had a good, hot shower! Breakfast was good, plenty hot...

We loved the room in this hotel! Super spacious and loved how each floor was themed differently. The bar was not staffed consistently, and the drinks rather expensive, but the chips were really good:) Breakfast was my favorite while on vacation! Authentic and tasty! The location to the train station was great. Last negative was the area around the hotel...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
