The staff really made us feel at home. We certainly enjoyed the atmosphere, this is nice people , very helpful. Their restaurant recommendations (just outside the hotel) were wonderful, they were very polite. Very good customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location...More
Bait and Switch says it all. While some customers apparently get real Hotel Artistes rooms, other customers (including me) get directed to a (likely unregistered) apartment twice as far from the station, (they call it the "Hotel Nice") in horrible surroundings (graffitti-covered alley, broken glass...More

The hotel were able to accommodate us after we arrived with no reservation after a mix up with the hotel of the same name in naples. They managed to sort us out with a double, but with no aircon although they did provide a fan....More
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

I don't believe the hotel has anything dedicated for this, we walked to the hotel from the train station when we stayed here. However, for our flight out we needed a ride and the reception simply called a cab for us.
