For Japanese tourists. P.S. Ciao Mr. Alessandro Bellardini Thank you so much for your hospitality. Take care my friend! from Pino

Close to the metro Furio Camilo the bedrooms are in a flat on 8th floor. With the metro it's 10 minuts and 1,5 Euro to the center. It features 3 bedrooms and a kitchen, where the breakfast is served. Our bedroom had everything we need, a comfy bed, a small fridge (perfect to chill drinks), everything was well cleaned and... More

My wife and I have been staying at this B&B twice a year since 2012 and have just come back from our latest trip, in which we stayed for a total of 12 nights. The B&B is located just one minute's walk from Furio Camillo metro station, from which the city centre is within easy reach. In addition, several buses... More

We stayed 2 nights at Appia Holiday B&B in June 2014 (my first visit to Rome). Warm welcome and very friendly staff, made us feel at home. The room was clean, large, comfortable beds and very calm. The metro station Furio Camillo is just beside so easy to go into the city centre. The Breakfast was great, italian style. We... More

Stayed here on April 2013 for 4 nights with my partner on our first visit to Rome. Although not located in the city centre, it only took us a one minute walk from the nearest metro stop (Furio Camillo) which would take us to the very heart of the city in 10 minutes. The surrounding area is very local with... More

Clean, "elegant looking" but simple B&B. You've got the Metro stop Furio Camillo just beside the house and it's easy to go into the city centre. The area is lively but perhaps not so touristy! Good Wi-fi, comfortable beds, quiet, good Air conditioner. Nice staff! The hostess made us breakfast in the morning.

In my opinion this place has only advantages: 1. Perfect location: it's not in the noisy area of Rome an it's not far away from city centre. When you leave the building you have only 2 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. To the Vatican it's about 15 minutes by metro. There is also a big grocery store on... More

As my title implies: clean rooms, quiet building (even with the busy road), comfortable beds, friendly staff, in a non-touristy area. Very welcoming feeling in a perfect location. We headed out across the nearby park, to the Appian Antiqua twice and both times took about 30 minutes. I agree with the previous reviews "best choice in Rome" says Soteropaulistana. Nina... More

Appia Holiday B&B is the best place to stay in Rome. The location is perfectly convenient (area with several facilities) 2 min walking from the metro station "Furio Camillo", very well connected to line A and B to reach the historic center and main touristic points of Rome. The room was clean, very comfortable, air-conditioned, with fast wireless internet connection... More

“I only saw our room, which overlooked the busy Via Appia Nuova with a view of the local park, café, and market. We were high up and it didn't seem noisy. It was especially quiet the window was closed.”
  • View directly across from our window. The cafe and market, very useful.
  • View from our window looking towards Appia Antiqua.
  • Good size room with a small refrigerator, in small cabinet of desk.
  • Modern clean bathrooms

“The largest room faces Appia Nuovo. If you don't mind a bit of street noise, this is a great room. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request one of the two other rooms that are on the other side of the apartment.”
