We stayed here for one night as we prepare for our wedding in Rome next year. This is a real oasis and tranquil spot and we slept so well! We look forward to coming back with our families next year. Thank you for your hospitality

Just home from a 4 day stay with my hubby in Rome. I found Villa Irlanda by accident on Trip advisor and I have to say from my initial email to Tatiana to our late check out, our stay was made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and helpful staff here. As a coeliac there was no issue with... More

What a beautiful, clean, friendly place to stay. I brought our children, ages 12, 10,9 and had a great time. Tennis/basketball/football court was a huge bonus in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The pool is closed this time of year as the Italians think it's cold even though 22degrees is baking for us Irish! Breakfast was great, lots... More

Spent 4 days in Rome in September and stayed here - the Villa is situated in the grounds of the Irish College and hidden away behind a large wooden door on a quiet street - simple en-suite rooms with great friendly welcome - breakfast included. Loved the quiet seclusion and the garden with an outdoor swimming pool (open 2pm-6pm only)... More

Connected to the Irish priest college next door this is a great place to stay and a nice walking distance from the sites. However don't go in august as Rome is very hot. Very nice church on site also with public mass on Sunday

The location is great and so close to many important sites, the staff are very friendly and will always go out of their way to help. Very peaceful and at night you wouldn't hear a sound despite being in the centre of a vey busy City. Would and hope to use again, you never see all that needs to be... More

For a three night stay in Rome this was the perfect accommodation. Central, excellent facilities, safe & secure location. Continental breakfast - a delicious selection of breads, cheese, cold meat, croissants, pastries, fruit juice etc.

I stayed here on a college trip in February, it couldn't have been nicer. Great location, reasonably priced, Alison and Tatiana in reception were super helpful with anything we asked about! Included breakfast was a very satisfactory continental breakfast with lots of options from cereal to fresh fruit. Only a 5min walk to the colosseum and nearest metro station so... More

“Not a party place! No bar but a restful hotel, within easy reach of all the major tourist sites. A superb base for touring but quiet and restful when you return in the evening having eaten and drank your fill in the various reasonably priced restaurants. Remember to go up the hill too into the main square and surrounding areas- good eateries there too.”
