Few month ago I was there with my children, to spend a nice time in Roma and it turned to a nightmare, no one spoke english, bad welcoming, and very bad service in general. Prices are not worth, no more of this hotel

Clean. great breakfast (sweet, cheese, prosciutto, muesli, espresso). helpful and kind staff (split the bed and got us 2 covers). excellent location at spagna metro. If they have a free room, your in luck, stay here.
