Marco and his staff were very attentive. The hotel is clean and wonderfully located. We didn't eat at the hotel as there were lovely restaurants everywhere. Definitely good value and will go back soon!

Very clean and comfortable rooms except for size of bath which was very small. Breakfast was good and location too. Room sold with view but there was none! There is also a coffee machine available 247 for all guests which was nice. Reception staff were also very helpful

Great Inn and perfect location for walking to all major attractions. Massimo was more than helpful with dining ideas & transportation tips. We loved the all day coffee/ cappuccino service. Breakfast was adequate.

If you're looking for a charming lovely hotel with a warm homelike feeling, this is the place. It is a great value in an excellent location near the top of the Spanish Steps. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. A wonderful breakfast was served on the rooftop overlooking beautiful Rome. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward...

Beautiful little hotel nestled at the top of the Spanish steps. It was our first visit to Rome and we were right in the heart. The hotel was extremely clean very friendly and nothing was to much trouble

For a short stay in Rome this is hard to beat. Central quiet location, all mod cons, great breakfast and helpful staff all compensate for the small but well equipped rooms. Our second visit reinforced the message that for Rome this is about as good as it gets for a medium priced hotel in central Rome where you step outside...

We had a wonderful time with great staff willing to help if they can. Our room was lovely and the location was fantastic but remember the lift to the Spanish steps (136) is to the left of the Metro.Breakfast was nice but a lot of pork (I don't eat it but son does) if travelling with children under 11 years...

Great location with friendly and helpfull staff, the room in the old building were small, while in the new building were in a good size. But it is important to mention the both buildings are not connected to each other, to go from one to the other you have to exist from outside.

Fab place to stay in Rome. Situated at top of Spanish steps it is an ideal base for sightseeing on foot. Lovely clean room, small but what you expect.for city location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to ensure room was warm during recent cold snap. Good breakfast, free tea and coffee and soft drinks...
